Barra 1866 CO2 Rifled Barrel Kit, .177 Cal

Just bought it the other day for me and my son and we both love it.

We love teaching the grandkids to shoot with our new 1886. They love it and its set up to be very safe. Good quality air rifle!

Nice barrel shoots well. Easy to install. Seems to be a quality product.

I can only give this product 3 stars do to it is not all there. I have the barrel, cartridges but no CCA (Coned Caliber Adapter). So am I supposed to take it off the other barrel inside the rifle then or what.

I replaced the B·B smooth bore barrel with the RIFLED BARREL for Pellets in my new Barra 1866 CO2 rifle. It was easy to remove the pin in the receiver but very hard to pull off the barrel shroud and foregrip to replace the barrel inside. Changed inside barrel and replaced barrel shroud and pin. Loaded the rifle with some shells and CO2. Would not cycle shells and the lever would not close. After fiddling with it I discovered the caliber adapter was jammed inside and luckily ejected itself out through the top of the receiver. So, I removed the barrel shroud and foregrip to fit the new black rubber caliber adapter on the inside barrel correctly (there are no drawings or instructions for this). That worked! Shoots fine now. I wish the directions were clearer and that there was a video like the one for the Schofield pistol barrel replacement. I like that the new barrel comes with 10 extra pellet shells. I would give a higher rating if there were clearer instructions and a video for installation.
