Message received from Bushnell customer service after my RWS killed one of these scope: (Sept/2017) Dennis, thank you for contacting Bushnell Customer Support. I’ll be happy to help you with this question. This scope is not an airgun rated scope. You will need to get a Trophy, Legend, or Elite line scope. If you would like to send your product in, one of our technicians will review it and determine the warranty status as well as provide a quote for repair or replacement options. If it is within warranty, we repair/replace at no charge. If your product is outside of the warranty coverage and/or timeframe, we’ll contact you prior to doing anything with your item. Our turnaround from door to door on repairs is 3-4 weeks. Below is a link to the Bushnell U.S. Repair site. It outlines where to send your product along with all the other details you’ll need to ship your item to us.

That might be due to the rings, do you use a scope stop or look for creep back of the mounts from the original placement?

I'm relatively new to PA; have been dealing with them for about 5 months and 3-4 deliveries. All of my experiences with PA have been professional, helpful, and efficient. Every item I have ordered arrives well packed and in perfect condition in the time estimated (usually a day or two early). My discussions with PA personnel have been to-the-point, accurate, with options and consequences explained as well as costs and maintainability. I have had nothing but courtesy and helpful suggestions from the staff in the time that I have been dealing with them and they remain one of the two airgun dealers with which I intend to continue to do business.

Not trying to minimize someone else's experience, we all have off" days now and then. This very well may have been one you describe as a mistake. generally has

I to have had nothing but good things happen when I order from PA maybe,just maybe you should think about leaving a review that makes sense next time.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Pyramyd. They are people and once I had a representative make an initial bad decision, but quickly recognized the better choice and all went well. They give value, service, great information (videos, review, writings...) There is nothing that compares in the airgun marketplace (on-line or brick-and-mortar.)

I have been dealing with Pyramyd Air for about 2 years now, and I have never had a bad experience. They ship fast, and the items are well-packed / arrive in pristine condition. If you had a bad experience, I would call them and talk to them about it. They are all about customer service and satisfaction. Also, remember, we're all human; everyone makes mistakes. It's how we own up to and make up for our mistakes that matters. By the way, I am not an employee / friend / spokesperson for PA; I'm just a guy in Texas who knows a good vendor when he sees one. ONE OTHER THING: Please don't take offense to this, it's just constructive criticism: Ratings like this skew the product data, and hinder other customers in their buying decisions. Your rating should be based on product quality and performance, not your experience with the vendor. It's not Bushnell's fault you had a bad day. Rate the scope for how good the scope is. (Sounds like you'd give it a 5.) You can still comment about bad customer service, etc. under "What others should know."

Sorry you feel you made a mistake choosing pyramid air. I have ordered 6 air guns , 4 scopes , many parts and pellets over the last few years and talked to there reps and sales and never had any bad experiences . I use pyramid air as my first choice for air gun anything. Dave
