Description
Our special kit includes the gun, 1500 steel BBs and 12 CO2 cartridges. Why so much CO2? Because this BB pistol is a real blast, and you'll soon run out of CO2. It's addictive. In fact, you may want to pace yourself.
Remember to get some Crosman Pellgunoil and put a drop or two on the tip of each CO2 cartridge before inserting it in the gun. Each shot will spray the oil into the gun's interior, lubing all the seals for years of carefree use.

Steel BBs can ricochet. The shooter and everyone in the shooting area should wear safety glasses when a gun is being handled (even if it's unloaded). Remember to remove all pets from the area, as rebounding ammo can hit them, too. Never shoot steel BBs at hard objects (including metal targets) or water, as that increases the chance of ricochet.

Things I Would Have ChangedAt least colorize the plastic grips to look like wood
What Others Should KnowBe careful when you take the gun down for cleaning. Tiny parts may fall out and be easily lost.

Things I Would Have ChangedTry to get more shots from a gas co2.
Looks and feels like a standard P-08 Luger, so can practice shooting and sighting without putting more wear on an actual P-08. Although swapping with an actual Luger does raise eyes and awareness at the range.
Things I Would Have ChangedWould like to see it wearing wooden grips
It is what it is, for fun and not serious shooting. It is fun, it will go through a can at 30 feet. Feels good in the hand and the blowback is fun. Cartridges are easy to change, which is good because this eats more. I fill the mag short a few BBs, and get about 2 1/2 mags per cylinder.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe sights are not great, many here have modified them. Opening the back and using some paint would help. I'd narrow the front a bit. A little more plastic in the grips would go far in resisting the temptation to buy new grips.
What Others Should KnowUse the oil. Don't force anything. Standard stuff, but this should be considered an entry level plinker.

The look and feel of the p08. Very accurate when shooting. I had a problem after about 100 or so rounds, the gun just stopped working. I sent it back to umarex for repair and the company sent me a new p08.
