I got the Muddy outfitters set up to film all across the US. It fits almost all tree sizes. I bring along an extra 550 chord incase you get in those huge trees. It works great. It also can cover all your angles and moves fluidly. No sticking or noise at all. Love the bubble to get it perfect. Easy to pack.
Right out of the box it was light weight as expected. I did need to make a few adjustments to the pivot nut and had to sand the main swivel bar as it was sticking a little. Aside from these few minor items I’ve been super please with this new camera are. I would recommend this if looking for a light, quiet and economical arm for tree stand use.
The outfitter arm is very stable and stiff, yet very light at 4.5 lbs. Fits my Cannon G50 setup perfectly. Best thing for me is the amount of weight that I carry back and forth to the stand. Best overall camera arm out there for the money!
As a self filmer I’ve had multiple camera arms that have all been ok. But this one really hit the mark. The long arm reach is great for the tough awkward shots u don’t plan for.

I purchased this product in order to self film my hunts this year in the midwest. The camera arm is easy to install and set up on the tree. It is sturdy enough to hold the camera solid and makes filming very smooth. I would recommend this camera arm to anyone that is going to self film there hunts.
