How are you really going to know that people are shooting from the correct distance? $8.99 shipping for a card? It's not a contest. It's a sweepstake. Just drawing a name out of a hat is not a contest. It's a lottery or a raffle. A contest is a competition.
I read the rules, it did not say if you have to shoot from a specified position. So I guess laying prone or on a bench with bipods, standing, sitting is ok? 2nd, It said "springer or PCB" in the ad but not any mention of type or caliber in the official rules. So using my favorite target rifle 22cal "CO2" is not eligible?
