Purchased for my Colt Lightweight Commander. I get more speed to flatten the hollow point, less recoil and faster back on the target than with 230 grain.

I was getting FTF issues with another highly rated ammo. These completely eliminated that issue.

These have had muktiple failure to both feed and eject from two if my .45 sidearms. I am severly disappoined in their lack of quality. I have two more to try them on , but am unlike;ly to purchase any more.

Needed some 45 ammo feels weird putting it through a Springfield xd lol

I love this round. I have always carried 200-230 grain rounds and I still do, however, the 185 grain V-Crown may be a little brother, but it's one with a heavy hitting punch. The quality and performance is there as expected. It opens just like the 200 and 230 grain options from Sig(which has impressive expansion). I actually shoot a lot of the 185 grain V-Crown in matches and intense pistol course runs. It's accurate and reliable plus it is giving me V-Crown performance with a little less recoil than the 200 and 230 grain offerings. Another world class product from Sig Sauer.

I bought this particular product just to compare some light for caliber loads in a 227 Carry, I ended up getting distracted and got to these last. I shot five of them and the second one failed. I havent had a failure out of that gun before and had none after. Not sure if these are just too light to reliably cykce my 227 or if there is something else. My failure was an FTE. Running on limited range time, I moved on. I've shot Remington ball, Winchester ball, federal ball, and some 185gr +p out of this firearm with no failures except this ammo out of about 1000 rounds. I will take it back out and shoot the rest of my box with some different guns and see how it goes, but this particular ammo is now practice ammo as far as I'm concerned. I love Sig Ammo, I've had no failures from any other ammo they have and have found their 223 ammo to be top notch. Sub MOA out of all of my match barrels. So I'm no Sig hater.

this is the best ammo i have found it performs set up pistol in bench rest out to 80' see what it would do it does drop because i am shooting short fat rounds at 60' it holds

145 gn HP's are the best for my 227 and 220.low recoil and very accurate. I also shoot them in my commander size 1911's With the same result. A little bit expensive but well worth the money. I shoot sig ammo in all calibers and weights and trust it in all my pistols.
