Very easy to use to change out the string of just about any repeating crossbow--not just the Steambow AR-6. Slip it onto the prod like you would any string and use whatever cocking mechanism your repeating crossbow has to pull the stringing aid back. Change out string as intended and then slowly release to switch tension from the aid to the new string. Easy peasy.
Things I Would Have ChangedI'd still include a set of instructions on how to use it for first-timers. Remember--there's a first-time for everything.
