Use the thumb screw on the bracket to secure the mount to the T-Post. Attach the trail camera to the gimbal and tighten the jam nut. Position the camera. Using the thumb screw on the gimbal, tighten into position. -Universal fit for all styles of T-Posts. -Ball head gimbal was designed to withstand added weight from pests, with easy adjustment for positioning. -1/4 20 threaded stud attachment to trail camera and trail camera accessories. -Made of the highest quality materials.

I have 1 of these and it has worked for me. Seems to be well made and has with stood being left out for a year and a half and no problems.
Great when you’re limited on trees or don’t have one in the spot you need a camera in.
Works excellent for food plots where trees aren't around. Very easy to adjust and get set in the right position.
