Great while it worked.

Reliability

Mine died after 2 months, about 50 fills. Pyramyd Air was great with the return. Im going to try a different brand. I hope others have better luck with theirs

I love this compressor. It works great, stops when it should, is easy to use and in time it will fill a 100 cc tank. I do that in about 6 15 min intervals to keep it from getting too hot. I haven't tried the battery connectors yet.....don't need to since I also bought a carbon fiber tank. I have several guns and it fits on all of them with no adaptors. Haven't had any trouble with it yet.

Nothing, does what it says it will

The sales folks will caution you that you shouldn't user on tanks. They are right for the most part but if you are patient and only go for 15 mins a time with 10 min cool down periods, it will fill them up. Having full tanks ready to go is very convenient. The compressor takes about 5 mins to fill a Maurader, and about 12 mins to fill a Dragon Claw.

Not having to use that blasted hand pump anymore. So nice to have your rifle ready to use, and a full charge, in just a few effortless minutes. Great carrying case. Can fill your PCP rifle just about anywhere. Easy to set up for topping off the air pressure. Then, after a long target shoot, rifles can be put away topped off for the next event. I really enjoy mine.

Read, read, the owners manual. Make sure the clear plastic hose that carries the few drops of silicone oil you add occasionally, is connected to the little silver spigot in the left side of compressor. The cover has to be removed to check the plastic hose. Read many reviews of owners receiving their compressor and the hose is not connected. I believe the plastic hose falls off during tumbles and rough handling during shipping. The required silicone oil will not get to the compressor if this hose is not connected. Oil will just make a mess inside. NEVER RESTART COMPRESSOR WITHOUT FIRST BLEEDING THE PRESSURE. Period.

Portability, size, dual power source.

Place LED lights on side of unit as underneath is quite useless for the most part. Place the oiling port on top of unit for easier oiling. The location on the side is quite asinine and hard to use. Taller legs so one can reach the moisture release turn knob easier.

Loud but not loud if that makes sense. The system works off household outlet source as well as 12 volt battery system. I only use on the household outlet so far but I suspect the length of the in-field 12 volt hookup will not be long enough to accommodate everyone and every vehicle. I would love t give the review 4.5 overall but opted for 5 over 4 since I believe the issues that would deduct .5 are not worthy to go down to a even 4.

I must say, I had my doubts about purchasing the Air Venturi, but a quick change of mind after receiving it. Its easy to operate, durable, and fun to operate. Thumbs up!

The jury is still out on longevity for me, but this is a great compressor for those who shoot at home, or stay near their vehicle when pesting or hunting, so do not need to fill tanks.

Keeping my Benjamin Bulldog 357 topped off is so easy. It is perfect from the wall socket OR from my 12V battery. Fill times are reasonably short [5-10 minutes]. Very easy to maintain the compressor from the included instruction manual.

The fill pressure dial would be perfect it it had a precise audible click and added digital readout to set exact pressure. It is a bit noisier than I expected , but acceptable.

If you can't or won't do the required maintenance this is not for you. Doesn't include silicone lubricant so be sure to add to your purchase.

It is compact. Comes with a high quality carrying case. Simple to use on house current or battery. Fills my tanks quickly. More time shooting and less time sweating pumping up my guns.

Instead of buying a hand pump, buy this and you will be glad you did. You will end up using your PCP guns and air bows more often. If you plan to hunt, get yourself a AV Mini Wingman or Benjamin tank you can carry in your backpack for quick refills in the blind.

Wow what a great product my first compressor for my first PCP (Seneca Aspen) works exactly as advertised and as well worth the price in my humble opinion so much so but now Im looking for and more powerful PCP

Jeff. I made a bad review stating the compressor couldn't charge my gun past 180 bar. I used teflon tape on the pressure gauge and tightened it properly, now it works fine. The fact that neither company bothered to respond to my complaint still makes me give it a medium review though. If it didn't work at all I'd be stuck with it.

Air Venturi needs to test the pressure this thing can supply before shipping them out. Pyramyd Air needs to reply to complaints.

It came extremely well packaged. The tote bag in which it came was very nice. The instructions were very well written and easy to follow. I have only used this pump one day and have filled 3000psi 200bar and 3500psi 250bar rifle tanks (Daystate, FX and AirVenturi, large to small) and all has gone just as advertised. I have read good and bad reviews but it seems the good outweigh the bad. If anything comes to light in time I will come back and update this review.

From reading reviews and online research I think it should be included in the manual/instructions in bold letters -IF A FILL IS DISCONTINUED OR PAUSED FOR ANY REASON, RELEASE THE AIR, AND BEGIN A NEW FILL SESSION. It seems if this is not done you are very apot to burn up the circuit board.

The first 2 had problems with the power converter, pyramid air exchanged them both without a problem. I have had the third one for three weeks now and it has performed flawlessly. It fills an Air Venturi Avenger from 2000psi to 4300psi in three and one half minutes, the Fx Dreamline 125bar to 250bar in 2min. If you follow the directions to maintain it , it will take care of you.

Have whatever company that makes them for them to use better parts and perform better quality control to eliminate having to return an otherwise excellent product.

It would be awesome if it came in different colors.

Easy to use, ready to go in just a few minutes. I love the auto shut off when it hits the desired pressure. Carry bag is super nice.

Seems like I have to really keep close tabs on number of fills for maintenance (add the oil/purge).

I LOVE this compressor! The extra parts are nice and the carry case is deluxe. Well worth the money. Already used mine for several fills.

This is such a great air compressor. I like everything on this compressor. The ease of how to use it and is really quiet too. The carrying case and a place to store everything.

Maybe the place you put the drops of oil, move it on top but other that that not a thing.

First of all may I say pyramid air does an outstanding job with customer service! If you should have any problem or issues with any of your purchases be confident it will be resolved.The nomad two is simple to use, easy to use, mad convenient, air on tap 24 hours a day no more scuba diver tanks required ,it might be an additional investment but will pay off in the long run

While the unit is plugged into the wall a small fan Will run continuously until you unplug the unit would be nice if a one off automatically but no big deal. I dont want my nomad to turn into a air cleaner. I wish they would also have an exterior filter for the intake fan on the side That you could vacuum clear the fan is very strong. I love the unit no oil included. I Purchased 100% silicone oil off of Amazon used on treadmills the stuff is amazing I highly recommend it

everything it is so handy. its hard to get my tank filled, I am 82 years young and it makes it much easier than having to lug my tank around
