Clear glass -positive adjustment-
Good Audible and tactile clicks

Excellent scope. Low CA and clarity is great. Tracks very well. Turrets have good tactile feel without being too difficult to turn or mushy. It likely won't measure up to a ZCO or G3 Razor in all aspects, but again, it's very good for what it is. This scope is good for a beginner who's willing to spend a little more money for quality, or someone looking to upgrade from a budget scope.

Excellent glass , the only thing that bothered me was the lack of a sunshade and caps for the price

i switched to athlon scopes about 6 years ago and i love them. the retail prices i think are a tad high but they re a top scope based on the scopes i have used

This is my 3rd Athlon scope. They are worth every penny. Solid, nice tactile controls, usable reticles with everything you’d need, and nothing you wouldn’t… I’m really a fan. Good stuff.

I’ve been using this scope for about 6 months now. It tracks perfectly, very tactile turrets, and great glass. I really like how it isn’t too long of a scope and not bulky/heavy. I’ve used other brands in the past and this by far is my new favorite for the price point. One of the main reasons why I purchased the Cronus is the mrad reticle. It’s not too busy and has the right amount of subtensions. Highly recommended!

First one I’ve had but right up there with higher end glass of Leupold and Vortex. Some of Athlon’s reticles are too busy for my liking this one is not.

Exceptional Quality and Durability with this optic. Glass is perfect, turrets are high quality with accurate and precise adjustments. This optic is comparable to the Vortex Razor line.

This thing has been so nice. I know folks can be particular about their glass but my friends who are diehards of other brands are giving athlon a look after seeing my setup. You won’t regret it. Athlon continues to impress.

This scope impressed my from day 1. I owned 2 other Athlons (Midas Tac and Ares) but this was on another level. Glass rivals any other optic at this price range, the turrets are crisp and tactile, parallax is a lil stiff but I prefer it that way (and it looses up over time), smooth magnification, day time bright illum...just an amazing scope.

I absolutely love the reticle as well. It is a very simple Christmas-type reticle that is very easy to use. The MRAD reticle is slightly thinner than the MOA. And Athlon has an unbeatable warranty. I tell anyone who will listen how great this scope is. For the money you can not go wrong.

Very clear scope. Moa clicks are better than my vortex scope. Glass is clear. Looking forward to taking to the Frank Church for elk this year.

It is definitely on the higher end for price, but appears to be well worth it. The glass is clear, reticle is sharp. Mounted it to my 300 RUM and they are a great pair together. The elevation turret is very tactile and setting the zero on Athlon scopes is easy and appears that it will hold well. I think this optic would work good for anyone, just the matter if you want to spend the money for it. I find it to be a great purchase.

The eye box is very forgiving, super, and causes no eye strain. The reticle options are fantastic. It's hard to spend more money on a scope when the cronus is so good.

Amazing value for this optic. Competes well against optics at much higher price points. Great clarity and build quality. Illumination is highly visible. Turrets are very tactile. Currently using for long range precision and hunting. Repeatable tracking at 1000yrs. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality without having to cut the check for other top tier brands.

Great glass, especially for the price. Hits at 1200 yards were not at all hampered by this scope.

Only a few minor nits I can pick:
1. No lens caps (standard with other brands at this price point)
2. Reticle vertical holdover is limited to 10.0 mils (>1000 yards/4.0 mils of wind hold for 6.5 Creedmoor before you would be forced to dial elevation)
3. Ocular diopter adjustment does not lock
4. Windage dial is not covered nor does it lock in place (must rely on detent and markings)

This scope is more than expected. Awesome product with a great price. Performs with the higher end scopes for much less. Definitely get your moneys worth in this scope. Glass is amazing and adjustments are spot on. Love this scope.

Great scope for long range shooting. Very clear and clicks are right on.

Most scopes around this price point are a little bit blurry on full zoom. This scope is still crystal clear

Have two cronus gen 2's and an etr after upgrading from a viper gen 2. Glass quality is much better and the turrets are incredible. Have taken two different creedmoors out to 1000 with no issues, would recommend these scopes to anyone. Next purchase will be the cronus g2 spotter

Excellent quality and clarity within the scope, not many can compare for the price. I cannot say enough good things about this scope. Ease of use even for beginner shooters or shooters looking to enter into precision rifle shooting or competition sports. I utilize this company for almost everything I own and will definitely be using their products going forward. Customer service people are phenomenal and friendly should the owner or user have any questions.
