THE HEIGHT OF THIS THING IS WAY TOO HIGH FOR HIGH RINGS AND A LEAPERS 3-9X40 AO scope!!! my elevation is maxed out, and i'm still shooting 4 inches low (i switched from 14.3 to 16 grain pellets the same day)

after the frustration i had after maxing out my scope, i took it off, mounted my dovetails back on, made a cardboard shim, and now im hitting a little low, but i can hold over that little bit. i can't use this mount i might exchange it for some medium dovetail rings.

great product for the price. y use a Gamo Realtree .22 and a UTG scope. spend only 5 min. to sigth in, and no problems during a log day of pest control.

longer the top rail, so the bases dont get to close to each other in the scope.

Perfect for Marauder pistol. Mounted it on rear of pistol, and it works well with both red dot and optical scope.

If it were just a little higher it could bridge over the magazine.

Purchased to use on a Benji M-rod having a scope with a longer than typical eye relief. Being able to use mount on just the forward or Rear section of a receivers dovetail placing scope out further / closer than possible with convention rings/ mounting is it's purpose over just a Dovetail under Weaver adapter. And that is what it does beautifully.

Longer portion of WEAVER rail creating a greater offset and / or further ring spacing potential.

Worked well for mounting a dot sight to my Mosin Nagant M91/30. If you take off the rear sight, there is a 12 mm dovetail (I measured it) underneath. I drilled a shallow hole for the scope stop pin and put the rail on. Gives a lot of options for mounting red dots and long eye relief optics. 50+ shots and holding up great! Much cheaper than their "Mosin Nagant Tri-Rail Mount."

With some creativity, there's a Leapers mount for any application!

With this device you give a Sam Yang Recluse the ability to fit on whatever kind of scope you want - not just compact ones. I used it with a high mount Lapers 3X-12X regular size and it works like a charm. Strong and good fitting main frame and bolts. It has extremely good holding power and the tightening screw just makes it impossible to move.

Make it in stainless.

This, along with the Lapers thumb screw scope work out very well for taking off your scope to use iron sights or change scopes with a minimum of resighting. I use a little lock Tite on this part's screws to make it really permanent.

had to drill a smal hole into the rifle 11mm dovetail rail to accept the stop pin from this adapte. works well, i have no worries about scope creep.

This was an excellant buy for the money

This worked very well for mounting a centerpoint 2x red /green dot tactical sight to my crosman 357w6. once mounted I just put thr dot where I wanted to hit and at 25 feet I hit where I was aiming with no adjustments at 24 yards shooting iron trgets I just put the dot a bit higher and had no trouble hitting them as well using crosman ssp 4 gr. hollow points. In short I love it, very stable on this pistol.

get low rings as even medium rings are to high. when i boresighted it it was above the arbor sight. had to buy rings.
