Ordered this adapter for my Crosman 766 American Classic (very similar to the current 2100). My Weaver mount red dot scope does not fit the stock 11mm rails, so I needed an adapter. The old scope that came with the gun hit against the rear iron sight. This adapter raises any scope a half inch or so. The adapter was easy to mount and fit snugly. This multi-pump doesn't have much kick, so there won't be a problem with scopes staying put. No problems so far with the red dot staying where I put it. The extension on the amount provides flexibility for moving the scope backwards so I can move it closer to my eye (eye relief) if I want. The price was right, the quality is fine, and the adapter mount does what I needed it to do.
Things I would have changed:Not a thing for my purposes with this gun.
What others should know:I think the UTG Adapter provides a more stable base for a scope. It allows you to mount the most universal Weaver type. If, for some reason, it doesn't work for you, Pyramyd Air gives you 30 days to return it.

Simple, inexpensive, does what it is supposed to do. The extra length of the overhang provides more options in scope positioning.
Things I would have changed:Wish they offered this with some "droop" correction as I had to shim my scope to get off the limits of height adjustment.

This thing is great, I can now mount anything with a weaver base. I'm 47 and getting back into airguns. These things are just plain fun! I get some strange looks from my freinds but that's ok.

The price can't be beat, sturdy, does the job.
Things I would have changed:I would be willing to pay more if it fit more exactly to my 11mm dovetail. As it is, it tilts a little--not much but a little.
What others should know:Nice product for the money. I use it with my Crosman 2300S pistol and a Leapers red dot sight. No problem sighting in my red dot at 10 yrds. despite the slight tilt mentioned above. I even bought two at the recommendation of someone else who reviewed the product and I don't regret that.

Long weaver base allows for a lot of adjustment.
Things I would have changed:Nothing
What others should know:Nice quality scope mount allows you to go from 3/8 dove tail to the more solid weaver mounts. It has a stop pin built in to help keep it from sliding back on the receiver of your rifle. I have this mounted on an old Chinese springer. It works well along with a set of high weaver rings it puts the scope right where I need it and after 100s of shots it has not moved.

Extremely Affordable! Easy and fairly low (Height)conversion from Dovetail to Weaver. Scope stop included. Finely bought one for my Browning 800 - for my Red-Dot that shook the daylights out of every thin else I used. (Must be the anti-recoil system). Plan on buying a couple more to have on hand at this price.
Things I would have changed:Maybe - Better instructions for the newbee.
What others should know:People have accused these of being junk, I disagree especially at this price point. I've made my own out of Al stock. I'll pay the 10 Bucks! Don't force these types of light metals (Aluminum) etc used finesse, Drill a scope stop hole, and use thread locker. Add additional tightening screws (40 cents each) (Drill the new hole tap it and add the new screw). If these instructions make no sense, Buy the the $50.00 one.... :)

OUTSTANDING!! A month ago i was afraid i was going to have to purchase this product from another company, (at a HIGHER cost)- Yet Pyramyd Air, has risen again to meet my needs. My weapon is as close to an M-16 as you can get with an airgun. My chosen scope rides on a quick-detach mount that ONLY fits a Weaver/Picatinny design Again OUSTANDING. Thanks PA!
Things I would have changed:Just about BUPKIS.
What others should know:Product truly expands "plinking".

Price, its less than $15 Adjustability: It has 2 set screws in addition to the side clamping screws to keep the mount from moving after you set it
Things I would have changed:maybe a better instruction sheet....the set screws kept the mount from sitting flat on the dovetail mount, took me a second to see why, and how to fix it.

The construction is very solid, with full width clamp screws, heavy aircraft aluminum construction, and a reversible clamp plate to accomodate slightly different rail widths. Also liked the vertical stop pin, even though I modified mine slightly by drilling out the hole and tapping for my much fatter Gamo stop screw. Once properly mounted, the scope is practically welded to the rifle. Works perfectly, even though the wandering and considerably more expensive adjustable B-Square adapter does not.
Things I would have changed:For an extra measure of confidence and strength, it would have been nice if UTG had added a third clamp screw. It also would have been nice if they had done away with the overhang by having the clamping surface extend all the way out the full length of the top rail. That would have produced still more clamping surface, plus a totally rigid rail from front to back.
What others should know:This rail is stout, but the top rail is rather short, so you would probably be best served by using a separate scope stop behind it to offset it forward enough to allow you to position your scope for proper eye relief.
As always, you will definitely want to use the removable blue Loc-Tite on all screw holes before clamping it up.

I use this on all my Beeman/HW air guns. I mush prefer Weaver style bases. Built in scope stop.
Things I would have changed:I would like the base to be longer with a 3rd and possibly 4th screw.
What others should know:This may need a change in ring height depending on how high you want the scope.

I turned this around and mounted it on one of those Remington import, Russian made single shot centerfire rifles. it worked great. it allowed me to get the proper eyerelief with my scope AND allowed me to use my Burris rings.
Things I would have changed:worked great as is.
What others should know:this is a well made product and would provide an excellent, secure mounting base for any scope project.

Good sized stop screw. Nothing else to get excited about
Things I would have changed:Add 2 more screws make it longer.
What others should know:Not as high a quality as the compensating mount I got for my Diana 34 but it works.

Perfect solution for mounting weaver based red dot scope on my Drozd.
Things I would have changed:Add another base screw.

What others should know:I recently purchased three of the mounts for my air rifles. They are well made and rigid in construction. I had no problem mounting them to my Crossman 1377 pistol, BAM xs-b26 or Beeman Duel caliber spring air rifle. The unit comes threaded for a recoil pin that you will need to use for spring air rifles. Make sure the rail is snugly tightened down on the dove tails before screwing in the recoil pin. If they are not, the pin will lift the mount just enough to mess up your aiming point.
