When I got the gun, the stock was very wobbly.. within two hours of emailing the help desk, Geo sent me a solution to the problem and apologized for the inconvenience

I usually do not take the time to write reviews but I had to this time because I was truly impressed when I received my fully automatic 400 series rifle. When I opened the box I was surprised it was fully all metal and it had the weight of a real rifle. I pretty much am and air rifle enthusiast lol. I’ve dealt with other brands like GAMO,Crossman,Ect… and now my first time dealing with Barra airguns it has been wonderful and I have not put my rifle down since I received it yesterday. I highly recommend their products it is truly a very well Constructed and designed air rifle. I look forward to purchasing another Rifle and then trying out their handguns.

I love this gun and it works exactly as advertised! I had a problem with the threads being stripped on the silencer attachment from the factory. Called and sent it back. 4 days latter new gun! No back breaking effort to get the situation taken care of. Email communications is the best way to deal with issues. Had a reply within hours every time I sent one. Made me feel good there is still such a thing as customer service. PS: Wish the could improve the speed loader. Works OK but could be better. I couldn't find an aftermarket loader that would work?

I like the gun and works fine so far, I have only put 2500 rounds through it. My stock started falling off after a few rounds. There is a screw where the stock is attached to the gun and it was just about to fall out (easy fix). I have modified the speedloaders and they work fine now (2 of them). I also got 1600 rounds on a charge using the Zee 2200mah battery.

Very well made and well thought out,looking forward to using it.

I like the weight of the rifle. It has a comfortable stock and adjustable steel sights. My only dislike is the cheap plastic BB loader. The rifle did not contain a battery or charger, so I have to wait another 2 weeks to get them. There has got to be a better/easier way to reload the magazines.

The 400E is alot of fun, only complaint is the loader.....

Love almost all of it. The clips, even with the quick loader, are almost impossible to load in a decent amount of time . I think I only got 35-40 bbs in it b4 it wouldn't take any more. To say the least the quick loader is anything but quick. It is cumbersome to use and took me about 1 hour to get 35 bbs in it.i was soo discouraged I quit for the day. Next day I got about 30 bbs in a 2nd clip b4 I gave up.

Fun gun too shoot. 1000 round magazine? Lol I will always buy again amazing company. You guys rock keep kicking butt with cool first of its kind fun stuff.

I like this gun a lot it look real and weigh in as a real gun. I only don't like the fact that its not more powerful and fire quicker.

I feel like I was led to believe that it came with charger and battery that was disappointing. Only problem I have with rifle is the clip loading and not enough rounds

I have put over 7000 rounds theough my Barra 400E and I must say still the best most accurate BB rifle I have owned. I had one issue with my rifle and it was taken care of by Barra very fast. Thank you all.

The 400E is a solid BB gun and its very well built. the rifle is worth the price and the materials and fit/finish are top notch. I brought mine with 3 extra magazines and this gun is loads of fun.

Just buy more clips. There's a technique to loading, run the loader 180 from what you see in most videos.

I have had many guns both real and bb. The barra 400e is by far the coolest. Realistic design and weight and full auto plinking with real bbs not airsoft. This is a must have

The Barra 400e was a gift that I had gotten for my dad and he has become a little kid again. We got him a half dozen mags along with the gun and he has spent all of his available time in the backyard. For years he has been saying how he wished he had a full automatic airgun when he was a child back in the 70s and how him and his brothers would of gotten in a ton of trouble if they had the access to it. After he got it all set up and equipped with his attachments, he invited his brother over and they spend hours shooting shaken up soda cans in the yard. Honestly a 10/10 purchase.

The gun is the 400e fully automatic bebe gun. It works great. Exactly as it should. Air is good. It is a really cool gun.

5 stars on the gun itself but the speed loader is terrible and far from fast.
