Thank you been waiting for a gun like the 400e for about 50 years. Lol. Only problem is only 50 bb mag. So fun I need a higher capacity. Love it. Tip buy xtra mags . Too much fun to be had. Family all loves it . Thanks again

Came across a few YouTube videos of this product and couldn't resist. Shot nearly all day on a single battery, 1000 rounds plus, the first day we received it!!! What a fun gun to shoot! My son has Autism and doesn't like the loud ones too well"¦this gun was perfect! You have to get one for yourself"¦I've told several friends and you will too! Don't let the haters steer you away because of the loader. Use common sense, it's rather easy"¦

Well I got the barra 400e the speed loader is a fail neat gun feels authentic but the speed loader is a fail.

I believe that you get what you pay for these days. The Bara 400E is a value even with the cost being 2x the price of other full auto BB rifles. I wanted to keep up my shooting skills by being able to shoot in the back yard. The full size and weight of the 400E gives me this. The value is amplified by not having to drive to the range. It saves me time, fuel and cost of high dollar ammo. Not having to buy Co2 makes it a value on its own. The quality is there. My only negative comment would be, as others have mentioned, the provided speed loader does not have the same high quality that the gun has. Buy a spare, I'm glad I did! Also you'll need extra mags. I bought 4. I also purchased a good prism sight to enjoy the accuracy this gun can give a shooter. Thank you for an exceptional product! Having a "Blast"

Absolutely the funniest bb gun i have ever owned in my life. The craftsmanship is superb. The look and feel is outstanding. And the full auto mode is the coolest thing ever. Thanks for such an awesome bb gun.

This rifle is an absolute blast to have,the look and feel of it lends to the overall impression of quality, simply put it's the best, most original air rifle one is going to find on the market.

It works great! Just destroys aluminum cans. Loading the mags is a bit challenging at first but if you take it slow it works just fine. They make the reloaded clear for a reason so just look at the bbs. Shoots really fast, faster than I expected

The 400e finally arrived last week and it is all I had hoped for and more. Dead on accurate on both modes, burns thru the BBS with no fall off on the FPS. Mine chronod at a very consistent 390 avg fps. Slight learning curve on loading the mags. Speed loader takes time to get the hang of it. I put a small amount of Gibbs lubricant in the speedloader which helped. But I found some bbs brands tend to hangup more easily than others. I went with the advice of a video review and tried the Crosman black widows bbs and the daisy premium. Both shot well but the Crosman loaded easier. Take your time with the speed loader and mags. It's a learning curve loading the magazine, which you should buy at least 3 mags lol. I am 58 yrs old and feel like a kid again!! Well made and so much fun with 1 liter soda bottles. Ty Barra & moab!! Awesome product!!

I highly recommend the Barra 1866 be your first one. You will not regret it!

The 400e is great just needs more ammo 50 rounds is not enough.

I am really enjoying the 400e. The customer support I experienced was a five star also. I am thankful to Barra for all they did for me.

Manufacturers claims are correct. I can leave it ready to shoot.

Any significant change would increase price so nothing yet. I may add something in the next year related to the open sites.

Had the 400e for a couple months. I shoot from a second story window into a lake about 60 to 100 yards away. The cone of fire is quite impressive. Don't waste your time shooting it on paper, just learn machine gun theory from the 1800s to present day and apply that.
Read reviews since most of them are accurate. Just discard the whiners. Definitely worth every penny. Get extra mags.

This thing absolutely blew me away! fit and finish is as good as my real steel examples. Aluminum upper and lower receivers and aluminum foregrip. Using a 450mAH 3s (80C/160C) I achieved a 1 inch, 10 shot group at 20 yards during a light rain and 14mph winds, while still on my second magazine. the actual rate of fire of my specific rifle and battery combination is 562 RPM. I achieved a max velocity of 391 FPS with an extreme spread of 22FPS and a standard deviation of 6, over a shot string 101 BB's. I did notice that the velocity tended to increase a little during the second half of each magazine for some reason, but this could be because they are both brand new. The include magazine holds exactly 50 rounds and the extra mag I ordered holds 51. I compared the weight of the Barra 400e to my real M4 clone, and the Barra was about 4oz heavier, with both equipped with 4x scopes and no magazine. I have seen several reviews on YouTube where the reviewer expressed concerns over the speed loader, but I guess Barra must have made some improvements recently as my example functions perfectly with Crosman Black widows and Umarex steel BBs. The Barra 400e has absolutely earned a spot in my permeant collection, right next to my Swedish made PCP's. Do not hesitate, just order it!

Battery charges up to full, from empty, in about one hour - and that's right out of the box. QUIET! Not *silent* but VERY little sound when firing. If it were not for the sunlight on the bb's, as they flew through the air, I was unsure on several occasions if it had actually fired anything - the sound is soft and weak, almost like a misfire (on a normal bb gun.) Absolutely shreds anything made of paper or cardboard on the far end - targets just sort of disappear, after a few magazines of firing. Extremely solidly made, very little plastic.

Either include an extra magazine or make them easier to load. HEAVY, esp. barrel-heavy, business end always wants to pull downwards FAR more than any other air gun that I own, including my Air Ordinance full auto .22 belt fed! It feels unnatural, with the barrel end always pulling down noticeably (and annoyingly.) You'll spend 2x-5x more time cursing at the so-called "speed loader" than you will firing (i.e. having fun.) It is LITERALLY (i.e. no hyperbole, no joking, no exaggerations AT ALL) faster to load bb's one by one - such as by pushing them into the magazine opening by hand & ramming them past the retaining pin with a small rod or a ball point pen - than it is to use the so-called "speed loader" ... which is why I keep using the words "so-called" every time I mention it, and put the words "speed loader" in quotes! It is a piece of trash that absolutely does NOT do the job it is designed for, unless the entire operation from start to finish is done extremely slowly.

My Berra 400e truly shines - once the magazine is loaded and inserted.
Getting it to that point, though, can be absolutely insanity-provoking & takes most of the fun out of using this bb gun.
I regret ever buying this expensive TOY; and the only reason I have not sent it back for a full refund is because I have machine shop experience & I want to see if I can come up with a better, faster, and higher capacity feed mechanism, myself.
The magazine and the so-called "speed loader" that this comes with, standard, are a complete vexation on the soul.
OTHER than that, it is AMAZING!

I've owned and reviewed many full auto BB rifles and pistols. Nothing will compare to the consistency the accuracy and the shot count of this rifle. I know it sounds like airsoft, but I like to think of it just as a suppressed sound. ;) I can shoot 1000 BBs per charge, and it never loses power as I'm shooting. The electric motor creating the air is ultra consistent. BUY IT, you'll love it.

Easy set up, and hours of shooting on 1 charge compared to 15mins of shooting with Co2

This is by far the best air gun I've ever seen. Wish these were out when I was a kid.

This air rifle is the beginning of the new generation of airguns. It looks good, feels great to handle and is a dream to shoot. The magazine is not easy to load but success comes with patience. I've had mine just over a week and it's difficult for me to put down. Also, the price is high but is well worth it. I highly recommend this air rifle.
