    Things I liked:

Well made, very good accuracy as for pistol,

    Things I would have changed:

Optional wooden hand grip and wooden stock will be nice.

    What others should know:

This gun does not have metal sights you have to install a scope on it.

    Things I liked:

Fit and finish, crisp trigger, accuracy. Did I say accuracy?

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

I was a bit reluctant to buy one of these because some folks had accuracy issues, but my gun shoots very well right out of the box. Crosman Premiers from the can seem to outshoot everything else, even JSBs. This is a terrific American made product.

    Things I liked:

Very quiet, much better then expected.

    Things I would have changed:

Totally wimpy, NO POWER. I have a .22 Marauder rifle and I LOVE it, I had hoped the Marauder would be the same, or close, not at all. Has less power then most springers.

    What others should know:

I have found that mine is not very accurate at all over 10yds. Cocks much easier then my Marauder rifle.

    Things I liked:

Very well made, fun to shoot, good looking, accurate.

    Things I would have changed:

I do not care for the way the protective cap has to be removed. I would prefer that it screws on/off like the Marauder rifle. It would also be very nice if it had low profile open sights.

    What others should know:

This pistol unlike it's big brother the Marauder rifle, has the ability to switch the bolt handle from the right to the left side. This does require some dis-assembly which should be done by qualified personnel.

    Things I liked:

Eveything. This Pistol is very backyard friendly. Quiet, accurate, etc.. I personally changed out the grips to crosman maple target grips. Benjamin/Crosman, really has it together with there product line these days!

    Things I would have changed:

As per your other reviews; the grips tend to slip a little bit. For how awesome that pistol is, it should really be stepped up with better grips. Wood options, perhaps?

    What others should know:

No, great overall design and very fill, friendly. Would genuinely, recommend to anybody, who's into pcp airgunning.

    Things I liked:

I like this pistol but not as much as the rifle. Nice and quiet, can use it in the back yard.

    Things I would have changed:

Wish it had sights or a option for open sights. The rifle stock should be a option. If you want a rifle buy a rifle, this will never work as well as the rifle.

    Things I liked:

Great design. Very easy to modify / tune. There is a great user base out there to help in any customizing and modifing. And look - 8 shot magazine PCP pistol for under $400!!!!

    Things I would have changed:

Very bad barrel quality and accuracy. At 15 yrds it splattered most pellets like a shotgun. It only liked Beeman FTS and sorta liked Predators. This was only at 15yrds!! I ordered a drop in LW barrel from JG and if you read much on the forums its crazy that Crosman doesn't just buy these barrels and charge us all more for a consistant accurate gun!!

    What others should know:

It's a pot shot at getting an accurate barrel as you will find on most forums. You may find one pellet it just loves and yet need to clean it often - some people every 30-50 shots. I did much comparison test with shooting many different pelleets and some macro photos of the Crosman and LW barrel. the Crosman is very rough on inside and is prone to get dirty quick. Everything else about the gun is awesome and for the price it is a very good deal. If you plan on shooting cans and such no worries on stock purchase. If you want great accuracy too - its a gamble on the stock barrel and you might get lucky. Other wise plan on adding some $$$ and getting a LW barrel!!

    Things I liked:

The trigger, the light weight and the accuracy

    Things I would have changed:

the shroud.... it's loud without adding a aftermarket shroud or mod. The "shroud" does not have baffles inside to make it quiet.

    What others should know:

Shoots very well with H&N FTT and even the cheap Crosman Premier Hollow Points. Worth buying, this carbine replaced all guns in my collection...this is all you need just get a aftermarket shroud for it. Also it is VERY easy to pump up, 10 times easier than pumping any other rifle because of the small air reservoir but will still do up to 24 shots per fill from factory settings.

    Things I liked:

Made in the USA! Metal components thru ought. Nice trigger. Included stock which allows for easy carbine configuration. Extremely accurate. The 10 round magazine is a nice feature as re-loading is not necessary after each shot. I like the fact that this pistol has a very good reputation for quality and performance. It’s assuring to know that I am spending my hard earned money on a product that performs great and is dependable. Of course, I like doing business with Pyramyd Air. They have a great return policy and very knowledgeable staff.

    Things I would have changed:

I wish Crossman / Benjamin would include a second magazine. I've experienced problems with mine, and would suggest they make improvements to make it more durable.

    What others should know:

Getting into PCP airgunning is expensive!

    Things I liked:

Right out of the Box and Air'd up to 2400psi, it shoots quarter size groups at 60 feet in the pistol configuration, with a 6x scope. Just A Great Shooter.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see a custom dovetail riser (optional item) that would run the complete lenght of the receiver. Just like the Air Arms Pro Target rifle came with in the late 90's (just dating my self). The sholder stock need to the raise the Cheeck rest up two inches, otherwise it is a chin rest as it comes with. Have a after market Wood Forarm and shoulder stock with Adjustable Cheek Rest, would be nice to have.

    What others should know:

For the price you can not bet it for a PCP weapon. Also find out in your area, will the Scuba Dive Shops will refill your air tank with out being a certified diver.

    Things I liked:

very compact, light, very functional design, good fire power in a small profile carbine design. moneys worth.

    Things I would have changed:

it should have a provision for attaching a sling swivel or it should come with a sling swivel. a teeny winy bit longer shroud and inner plastic baffle.

    What others should know:

the air reservoir is good enough for 32 shots without losing its accuracy using JSB Exact Jumbo Heavy pellet in 20 yards.

    Things I liked:

Great accuracy, the trigger is very nice

    Things I would have changed:

The noise level, this thing is not backyard friendly out of the box be prepared to buy an additional shroud if you are wanting stealth mode. With this power level it should be quieter. Wish they would make the .25 caliber already.

    What others should know:

My daughter and i are shooting this carbine style topped with a simons scope and shooting the beeman Kodiak copper coated 21.12 grain pellets. This little pistol is very accurate at 30 yards and under, it will give my talon ss a good run at 30 and under. Would definitely buy again.

    Rating 5.05.0 5.0

    Things I liked:

This gun is very quiet. I went even further with a shroud extension. Nobody can even tell I'm shooting it. It makes the sound of impact on the target seem harder than it is. Accuracy with the Walther MRS red dot sight is phenominal. Target shooting is almost boring at close range. I need a bigger yard... My main reason for chosing the P-Rod was the 8-shot magazine allowing fast follow-up shots on those pesky tree rats. Speaking of shots, what amazes me is how many shots I can get from a fill. Benjamin definitely has air management down to a science. The trigger is set fairly light from the factory, but I lightened it up a bit. The instructions are very clear on how to adjust the trigger.

    Things I would have changed:

I don't use the carbine stock. It would be fine with me if they lowered the price a bit and made the stock an optional purchase. I'm looking for rapid target engagement, and my poor eyes need over a foot to focus clearly, so having the pistol at arm's length works for me. I'd also like to see iron sights or at least a provision for them, but more and more guns these days require you to buy optics.

    What others should know:

This is a great gun for short range pest control. It's fairly heavy, and very long for a pistol, but not unmanageable. There's no need to fill the pistol to 3000 psi. It shoots best around 2400psi, and POI doesn't fall much until 1600 psi or so. The reservoir is easy to fill with a hand pump. You can easily get by without a SCUBA tank. This gun uses a Foster type fitting, which is very convenient. If you decide to adjust the trigger, be careful. You can easily reduce the seer engagement enough to make the gun susceptible to accidental discharge, even if you use the safety religiously. It's wise to be conservative here, and the trigger is not bad as it comes from the factory.

Mine has excellent, single ragged hole, accuracy out to 35yards, the shoulder stock option included in the package, easily filled with a hand pump

    Things I would have changed:

Plastic safety bar, offer a wood stock option, and an open sight option

    What others should know:

Perfect entry level PCP gun. It is very backyard friendly (though you may want to search for an aftermarket shroud extension to make it even friendlier). Mine has a sweet spot starting around 2600psi of 24 consistent, powerful shot before showing any POI shift (worth buying two extra magazines so you don't need to reload until you need to refill the air)

    Things I liked:

Lots. Im not even sure where to even start. The bolt action is smooth and easy to use. The 8 shot magazine make knowing what shot ciunt your on as easy as looking at the number. The clear pressure gauge on the bottom is really easy to read. The list can just go on.

    Things I would have changed:

I would like to see more than one screw holding the pistol grips in place and for the shoulder stock. Also include more than 1 magazine in the box would be a very nice.

    What others should know:

Filling with a tank be sure to do it SLOWLY! This small tank can heat up very quickly. Be gental with the plastic magazine its thin and could break easily.

    Things I liked:

Magazine fed, small size, abiility to go from pistol to carbine, easy to pump the small resevoir, good trigger, shroud is proportionate to pistol, good fit and finish.

    Things I would have changed:

The "air-stripper". Add a single shot tray, maybe add provisions for a front sight, have a shoulder stock that attaches to the pistol, instead of changing out the grips.

    What others should know:

Seems that I got lucky and got a good one. Hopefully it's the case that Crosman has worked out previous problems. The gun I recieved was well built, good finish on the metal, good machining on the breech and nicely packaged in it's box. This is my first airgun in 22 cal, and this pistol has gotten me to like this caliber. The shroud works ok when the adjustments (spring tension, hammer travel) are set low-medium. past the mid settings, the gun becomes much louder

    Things I liked:

So far, so good. Very accurate with Crosman Lights, hits hard.

    Things I would have changed:

I'd modify the buttstock to provide a better cheek weld.

    What others should know:

Great gun, good shooter. Adjustments are a nice feature & easy to use. If you're a southpaw, be aware that you can easily re-engage the safety, but it's easy to avoid once you're aware of that potential.
