Fit to piston and compression tube were perfect. Noticeably better shot cycle and power is back where it should be.
What Others Should KnowThis seal as of 12/2016 is red- it's the correct seal just not white as pictured. As others have stated de-burr & clean the compression tube before installing. Lightly lube the internal(piston side) before placing on piston, then a light smear on the outer side surface taking care not to get any on the front of seal. Very carefully guide piston past punched holes in tube to avoid nicking the seal. That's it as far as replacing the seal.

What Others Should KnowIf you are considering this, then most likely you already have the gun apart... you might as well do a good tune on it at this point. Plenty of vids on You-Tube explaining the procedure. The gun will last and work much better if you just take the time to do it.

What Others Should KnowWhen replacing the seal I filed all the burs on the receiver (tube) on all machined areas. This helped when installing the seal so the sharp edges didn't cut the seal edges. Anyway just something that seem to help in the installation.

This kit drastically changed the feel and sound of my Weihrauch HW77. The action is smoother, quicker and quieter. No more spring twang, no more vibration, just a quiet smooth shooting gun! IDK what the other guys deal is with his review but I have just over 100 pellets through my rifle now and it gets better and better with each passing shot!

What Others Should KnowIf installing on your own make sure you do all of the necessary research first so that you know what else needs to be done in terms of what and where to polish, what and where to debur, what and where to hone, and how to properly clean and lube.
