Another great product from CS. After testing this knife out for a month im really impressed. The blade steel hold a good edge and sharpens easily. Polished flats help it glide through large pieces of meat. Handle is excellent very comfortable for extended use. I was so impressed I purchased the boning knife as well.
The ultimate steak prep knife. Great for those big expensive cuts of beef. One swipe cuts every time. It will make you feel powerful.
I bought this knife a few months ago to use at work when cutting meat. The durability and how long this knife holds a wicked edge is amazing!!!
I use this in a comerical setting with heavy use. It needs good sharpening once a week and a replacement once every year but this knife has great handling. The curved tip allows for cutting of cherry tomatoes in one stroke. The thick part in the middle can cleave about anything. I've only chipped the blade doing very unprofessional things. Out of plenty of hundred dollar and cheap knifes at the resturant, I prefer this one the most
