Description
An icon of the West and a classic among western arms, the Colt Peacemaker was a force to be reckoned with in the lands West of the Appalachians. With this in mind, Umarex has created one of the most handsome replica Peacemakers ever produced.
This 7.5” barreled Peacemaker really makes an impression upon opening the box. Its full-metal frame is not only sturdy, but shines with a nickel plated finish, all accented by a gold finished cylinder and hammer. Its mock ivory grips bear the emblem of its Colt namesake and includes the patent dates for the original .45 Peacemaker above the trigger--September 18th, 1871, July 2nd, 1972, and January 19th, 1975.
As beautiful to shoot as it is to look at, load up the 6 included pellet shot shells to send them flying at speeds up to 380 fps—perfect for backyard plinking sessions with soda cans, balloons, or whatever you can dream up. Since this is single-action, you will pull its golden hammer with every shot.
If you’re a lover of historic western firearms, or just love a great looking replica, look no further than the Colt Peacemaker.

8 of 8 Colt Peacemaker 7.5" CO2 Pellet Revolver, Nickel Gold Reviews
Its a great replica, fit and finish is nice, fun to shoot and reload.
I do very much like this acquisition its very much true to the real Colt revolver in a word its beautiful. I do think price is a little high but I bought it anyway and I don't regret it. I have always been partial to both the calvary and the civilian models and I hope they make the later as well. I can't comment on its operation as I don't intend to ever use it.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe price just a bit and I would like the hammer to completely close.
Awesome finish, great feel in hand, love the grips and emblem, low visible warning markings and very accurate.
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing.
What Others Should KnowI have a 7.5", 5.5" and 3.5" Colt SAA and this one shoots the best and most accurate out of all of them and has the highest fun factor. Would buy again.
The fit and finish of this pistol is excellent. The overall look is superb with the gold, although running a little to the brassy side, looking bright and the nickel bright and flawless. The faux ivory grips have a nice off white color and can pass for ivory at a distance. I rated the accuracy high for what the gun is designed for. It is not a target pistol but never the less it has given me consistent sub 2" groups, off hand, at 25 feet. When I use a sandbag rest it goes down to 1' to 1.5" using Econ pellets. This is great accuracy for a fun plinker. The value for money, in my mind, is also good and not just as a air pistol. These guns truly do give us the ability to hold a bit of history in our hands. A 7.5" Colt SAA with a nickel and gold finish is far beyond my means to own in a gunpowder arm.
Things I Would Have ChangedIt would be nice to have a spring tensioned cylinder release pin instead of a screw mounted one. The spring tensioned release came on later generation Colt SAAs and makes the removal of the cylinder for cleaning much easier.
What Others Should KnowI used some "coated" pellets (old stock from my collection) and they would not fire in 8 of 18 cartridges. Once I went back to to non coated pellets all went well one again. Other than that, prepare to have fun and maybe even practice your fast draw.
Very authentic looking pistol. A nice piece to my collection of replica "American old western guns". This is my third Colt PeaceMaker, BB/Pellet. I'm impressed with the quality and workmanship of each one I receive.
Things I Would Have ChangedAs a replica, made as a BB or Pellet gun, I understand the small differences from the original that I'm sure are not avoidable and so, I do not endorse any changes.
What Others Should KnowMany state that there are only three clicks when corking the hammer on all these Colt PeaceMakers as to a true four clicks on the original. If you carefully listen you can hear and feel the fourth. It's actually on top of the third click. This is by far more accurate than my other two Colt PeaceMakers, a blued BB version and a nickel pellet. It's most likely due to the 7" barrel. But these pistols aren't in my collection for being an accurate shooting pistol. They are just an awesome pistol to own, hold and shoot. I have many replica guns and I go for the Colt Peace Maker to shoot over all the others. I can't believe anyone being disappointed in owning one of these pistols from Colt and Pyramid Air.
Looks fantastic Feels like the real thing Just a beautiful gun Makes a little plume of "smoke" when fired. Fairly accurate
Things I Would Have ChangedWould be great if there was a way to "spin" the cylinder. Not an engineer so I don't know? Wish it was LOUDER
What Others Should KnowIt's harder than Chinese arithmetic to get a picture approved on PyramydAir. I'll try again. I've had all sorts of pictures rejected?? Good, rule following pictures. Same pics as others have posted, same type. HMMMMMMM
I oil the pellets with Corrosion X gun oil. Just a miniscule layer is all that is needed. Whether it's "good" for it or not, or recommended, I don't know, or care, it WORKS for me. Seems to add a titch of power and accuracy. Plus, no more misfires where the pellet gets stuck.
I don't actually have this in my hands as of yet. But in two days I will. I do however have an Umarex Colt .45 Single Action 6 shooter. It is great. Looks and feels like the real thing. OK, so it isn't "exactly" like the "real" one. But it's darn close enough. Weighs the same and looks so authentic. Even the shells, which I painted silver/grey (the tips only, about 1/4 inch or so). I also got a very nice holster and gun belt so I can play cowboy. This new model, which is a 71/2 in barrel is spot on gorgeous. I painted the grips black on my Army 45, but I won't touch a thing on this beauty.
Things I Would Have ChangedWood grips, even if more expensive. Make it an option?
What Others Should KnowThese "weapons" look exactly like the real thing, and can inflict serious injury or death. So, don't go waving one of these around in public, or even your back yard in a city environment. Unless you want a visit from the local constable. And then you better put the thing down. I say this because one of my air-gun friends had an "incident" so.................

Really like this gun. It's by far the best looking non engraved Peacemaker on the market. My only concern is how well the gold finish will last. Playing it safe and not planning on shooting this one much. It looks great next to my super blued John Wayne Colt.
