I do not know how it happened, but the first magazine I received was defective and would not continue to work in my pistol after the first few shots. After that, no matter how long you let it sit or even if you took it out and re-installed it, the power was not there and it would not cycle the slide. I found this problem 28 days after I had ordered it, just in time to get a replacement. I should have checked it on arrival.

Installing a new CO2 powerlet would allow you to get another few shots before it failed again with low power but of course that was not a solution. I did note that the sliding part of the magazine that travels back and forth with the trigger movement was not of the same design as the original magazine or of the replacement that Pyramyd sent me. I do not know how it would have related to the problem as it functioned during the first few shots of each new powerlet. The other two magazines I have work flawlessly so I consider the problem mag to just be one of the inevitable production defects that will occur from time to time. Pyramyd's customer service and return policy will take care of those items.

A convenient and realistic style of magazine. I have found these to be dependable, they feed perfectly and do not leak.

Well constructed, Works great! Co2 and bb's load easily. Like the idea of the piercing screw having the little handle on it to make it tool free.

Buy the extra magazine if you purchase or own the pistol. you'll be glad you did.
