UTG OP3 Compact 4-16x44 AO, UMOA, 1/4 MOA, 30mm, Picatinny

I bought to mount on a Walther Reign .22 cal. PCP air rifle. The cost was more than half the cost of the rifle. However, I bought for its shorter length and yet high magnification, parallax adjustment and high clarity. The lens covers and mounts are a plus. The scope a is great addition to the rifle.... The operation is easy. The 'zero' locks are what I expect. I have fired out to 110 yards with excellent viewing. The build is of good quality at that price range. I know that scopes do get better as the price goes up but one has to balance price with need of use. ... I am pleased with this purchase and would buy again.

I would sell with the larger add-on parallax adjustment wheel which I will buy on my next order.

Buy the parallax adjustment wheel which makes the adjustment much easier. You will be using this adjustment often.

Excellent glass with a crisp reticle. Overall a very solid and quality scope. Would buy one again.

Side focus wheel stiff at first. Getting better with use.

Nice scope with very clear GLASS Optics. Unlike a lot of other budget scopes the image is clear all the way up to 16 power magnification. I like that the center reticle has a bright illumination for shooting at low light or dark objects and it comes with a decent set of rings. The adjustable Parallax seems to be fairly accurate for the range and included sunshield helps a lot with glare on these larger optics scopes. Build quality is good, it seems rugged, holds zero, and I think it's good quality for this price point.

I would make the entire reticle light up not just the center which appears as a small plus sign. Makes the UMOA useless in low light if you shoot at range or with guns that need trajectory compensation. Other than that it is a great scope and this is a very minor pick. The scope gathers a lot of light so it's really only an issue if you have a dark background or bad eyes.

If you're looking for a great scope with glass optics in the $250 range with good magnification, and an illuminated reticle, this is it. If your gun takes the standard Weaver-style bases you are all set. Buy and enjoy!

A very nice scope, I have no complaints.

Red and Green colors are enough the others are a waist of time. Seem a little pricey compared to other UTG scopes.

the side wheel focus adjustment is extremely difficult to turn.

Excellent piece of hardware, very clear optics, adjustments stay where you put them, I put this scope on a hatsan qe125 it is a gas piston rifle that has a very sharp recoil that moved the original scope no matter how tight I cranked the screws down and the AO adjustment. Again, excellent piece of hardware!

Personal preference for first focal plain but thats usually more money. Personal preference for honeycomb style sun shade.

Very nice scope. It is not a Hawke but considerably better than most Chinese scopes. Tracks well and pretty clear. The center illuminated recital works real well.

This scope is a little heavy but acceptable.

Leapers does not make a side wheel that will fit. A swat wheel can be altered to fit with out a lot of work.
