Benefits of a gas-piston powerplant over a metal mainspring:

  • Smoother cocking
  • Smoother shooting
  • No spring torque
  • No spring fatigue, even if left cocked for hours
  • Functions perfectly in cold weather
  • Lasts longer than a metal spring

Get rid of squirrels, rabbits, rats, mice, gophers and more with your Crosman Shockwave NP air rifle. This special kit has an easy on/off barrel-clamp bipod. You can move it up and down the barrel, depending on your situation.

Many times, manufacturers include low-quality scopes with kits. However, your Shockwave comes with a good-quality CenterPoint Optics 4x32 scope and mount. You'll have clear optics and a better chance of hitting your target. If some of your shooting doesn't require a scope, the Shockwave comes with open sights. Use what you need, when you need it.

Is hunting is going to be your main use? We recommend getting the .22 caliber for max power. Besides critter control, it's a great backyard plinker.

Things I liked: I have to admit this rifle is better than expected, as its well designed/built, and very accurate right out of the box ( Its as much fun as my centerfire rifle, and more economical to shoot). I'm hitting targets @25yds, consistently, with the "iron sights" and this is a new rifle, not sighted by me. I'm happy with it the way it is, and don't think I'll mess with it, I'm afraid I won't make it any better. I'm very satisfied with this rifle. For those looking for a lower cost way to target shoot/practice vs live ammo and its cost, I highly recommend this rifle

Things I would have changed: The rifle is good as designed, and accurate.

What others should know: Its accurate with both Crosman model LF22167 16.7gr. and Beeman "Devastator" 16.36gr. pellets.

Things I liked: It looks good. The scope is aceptable. The accuracy is very good right out of the box. Very good price.

Things I would have changed: It weight too much in the front and the grip and handle in not too good. The trigger need work but for the price! I have no regrets. :)

What others should know: Is a decent rifle for adults.
