Description
With Kral, you can expect cutting-edge features at a competitive price, and the BigMax is no exception!
The BigMax’s main feature is not one, but two huge 425cc cylinders, for an astounding 850cc capacity! With this much air, you can expect incredible shot strings that rival any PCP on the market today, especially with the addition of an adjustable power feature that lets you get the most out of the 200 BAR / 2900 psi fill pressure. Shooters can expect as many as 150 shots in .177/.22 and 125 in .25 cal.
The finely crafted Turkish walnut stock features checkering on the grip, a grooved forend, and an adjustable buttpad for a secure hold. For optics, the BigMax lets you choose between 11mm or Weaver/Picatinny mounts for the scope of your choice. Likewise, choose your preferred trigger pull with an adjustable 2-stage trigger that lets you go as low as 0.88lbs of pressure.
This PCP includes 2 mags with each air rifle so you can shoot more and reload less, and with the Max, you’ll certainly be shooting more! Simply load up the rotating magazine, and crack the sidelever to keep shooting.
If you want an air gun with lots of shots, high-end features, and legendary shot count, choose the BigMax, and never look back!

3 of 3 Kral Arms Puncher BigMax Reviews
Very accurate with jbs 18.13. 130 shots on high power 950 fps with the 18.13. Magazines works great and the pellets loading mechanism is very smooth.
Things I Would Have ChangedWish the shroud would have some kind of suppressor in it.
What Others Should KnowThe case is too tight for the rifle and kind of weak but, the weapon is great for the money. The trigger was a little heavy but I was able to adjusted to 1 pound 4 ounces.

The Bigmax is very solidly built and shoulders well. The trigger is decent if a bit heavy. The sidelever action is good and getting better. Magazines are fine and fit in the receiver very snugly. Stock is great! It produces the fps / fpe advertised. My 10-for-10 string was with light .22 pellets (11.9 grain hobbies) and was about 1060 fps. It shoots crosman hollow points at 960 and jsb 18s and 890. I have not shot enough to comment on its accuracy yet. It was extremely windy on the day I was able to shoot it. I will write another update after I get more pellets through it.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe threads on the Kral foster fitting are too short to seal with the recommended Air Venturi Male Quick-Disconnect. It needs a longer plastic insert to go inside the quick-disconnect. I had to add a very small o-ring behind the white plastic seal inside the quick-disconnect. I consider this a temporary "fix". The allen screw that holds on the included bipod rail was too long and bottomed out before hitting the rail. This needs to be shorter or you need to add washers to take up this space. Now here is the biggest issue... From what I can tell the hammer spring access is blocked by the rear air tank. Assuming this is the case, I'm going to go through a lot of air tuning the rifle. (I do have a shoebox compressor.) From the gun's sound, it is clearly wasting a LOT of air. Not that air quantity is an issue... :-) but this indicates that its tune if far from optimal. Why do turkish gun makers fail to use normal picatinny rails on the receiver? Plan to have dovetail mounts.
What Others Should KnowPyramyd gives this rifle a loudness score of 4-medium/high. I would say there is nothing "medium" about the loudness. it's LOUD!
It did not come with the extra o-rings stated in product description. I have not used the bipod that shipped with it.
The manual did not have any section written in English.
