    Things I liked:

Very nicely balanced light rifle , easy carry and shoot , plenty of power and one hole groups if you do your part , best bargain out there , make no mistakes - this is a quiet air rifle , not sure how they do it with only 3 baffles but they are effective , man this thing gets a good shot string , my buddy and I shot it on factory setting for at least * mags before moving it up to max and shot at least 4 more before needing to add air , I will be keeping it at medium as it shoots well to 50 + yards with plenty of FPE to use and a bunch of shots , sold all of my PCP rifles except for this one and my Nova Freedom / Aspen .

    Things I would have changed:

Well I guess if I were to be picky it would be that the bolt is still a bit hard to use and the trigger is a bit hard , not going to do anything about them as i really feel that it will all just break in well with more use and I may polish and Moly the pasts a bit later on if needed .

    What others should know:

If you are on the bubble on PCP's , get one of these , a nice scope and rings and a decent pump , I am using a cheap Chinese one for under $50.00 and it is working well for me ( sold my original Benji pump with my never shot Marauder ) and pretty easy to pump up to full power .Getting nice groups from 14.3 grain Crosman Premier Hollowpoints . Using a nice old soft leather sling with good results and the Fortitude even has a good set of studs already mounted .

    Things I liked:

It shoots CPHP's very well. It is very quiet. Magazine fed. Regulated. Good shot count. Light weight.

    Things I would have changed:

It would be better to have the regulator behind the gauge block. Nothing as of now. Possibly a better barrel band system.

    What others should know:

This gun is interchangeable with a lot of Discovery and P-rod parts and even the challenger. I haven't gotten into it yet but I have heard it's a real challenge to get any O-rings past where the stock lug goes without nicking them.

    Things I liked:

    Price /accuracy /shot count /made in America

    Things I would have changed:

A little bit quieter and give us the option for a wooden stock

    What others should know:

Mine was shipped on Friday received on Saturday from pyramid air . Ohio to West Virginia two days not bad! thank you Ruth @ PA I also have been waiting a very long time seems like over six months . So here's what I think about the Benjamin Fortitude ???? For a gun that only cost $299 made in America! Get over 60 good shots! Very accurate at 25 to 35 yards!! Maybe further I love it . When I first got it I shot 50 rounds to make sure it was working OK and it was ! So the first thing I did was adjust the trigger as to Airgun Depot YouTube video( replace trigger spring and adjusted sear Spring )that all . Then switched out the stock with the disco stock that I had (pictures below ) then I went shooting maybe 250 rounds of pellets Crossman 7.9 g /JSB match 7.87 g and JSB EXACT 8.44 But JSB 7.87 we're the best for me the 25 yards one hole & @ 35 yards less than a half inch ran out of daylight so I couldn't shoot any further ! One thing about the JSB match Diabolo 8.44 did not fit the magazine all that well seemed that the skirt was a little wide some I had to push-them in Mag ? But were very accurate . My Fortutude is shooting at about 850 ft./s in .177 ( see picture below ) it is backyard friendly but not quiet , sounds somewhat like a cap gun not bad but not super quite as far as the gun goes the bluing looks great , breach nice all but the air tube is a little bit off . Also the bolt is a little bit stiff seems like the hammer could be polished I also don't think I would pay for a new trigger of any sort / adjust the one you have I don't think it's worth putting the extra money in it , once you adjust it it's fairly good?? all things considered great airgun Download 1563154894_2665618265d2bd9ce85e665.31260105_IMG_1056.JPG Download 1563154895_16320471965d2bd9cf468e35.33197641_IMG_1057.JPG

    Things I liked:

Light weight, very accurate, fair trigger. Great rifle for the money.

    Things I would have changed:

At this price point it is hard to ask for more but if the trigger was better I would be impressed even more.

    What others should know:

this second gen improved a lot over the 1st gen. The trigger is now acceptable and the bolt is easier to cock. The accuracy is spot on and the weight is fantastic for someone who wants to carry this for a long day of hunting. So, if you want to use a pellet gun for hunting...definitely consider this rifle. If all you want to do is put your gun on a bench I would recommend the Gauntlet. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

    Things I liked:

Quiet, accurate (tack driver), consistent and very light weight.

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger. reduce the rate of that ridiculous trigger spring and add the two adjustment screws. The stocks buttpad is to slick, needs serrations or checkering.

    What others should know:

Mine is .22. It came with the hammer screw turned in 5.5 turns and was not firing all the time (would cock but not always fire). It was not very consistent either. I backed the hammer screw out all the way and back in 4 turns, all good now. I think it may have been shooting past the regulator at 5.5 turns?

    Verified Purchase

    Things I liked:

Cocking is smooth and well defined, accuracy is very good with JSB Exact 8.44gr shot to shot consistency was very good even before proper break-in. Proven Benjamin support and the general weight and feel is quite good for the price. overall I was pleasantly surprised

    Things I would have changed:

The trigger is plastic but is quite usable or can easily be improved or swapped.

    What others should know:

It is a budget pcp but even so I've been pretty impressed what they've been able to pack into the rifle

    Things I liked:

Lite weight, Regulated is a plus, repeater much better then the single shot version. Accuracy is not bad for the application that I purchased it for. (pest control out to 25yrds or less). Being able to change the hammer spring tension.

    Things I would have changed:

Trigger! Out of the box was horrible, yes it was less then the single shot version of this gun. I could not get good groups because of the amount of force needed to fire the gun. Every thing else was fine with the gun, Stocks pull was a bit short for me but I added an extended but pad and made it a bit more comfortable..

    What others should know:

I'm not sure what the turns on the rifles hammer spring, Didn't change it, just used the gun right out of the box. Fired a couple of rounds through and immediately replaced the trigger with my baker trigger from the single shot version I own. Made a big difference, still needs a bit more adjustment. But a great improvement. Shot several different brands of pellets over the chromy and the results were; H&N field Target Trophy 14.66 gr 720fps; JSB Exact Jumbo 15.89 gr 687fps; and Crossman's PDUM 14.3 gr 722fps. At 13 yds. the JSBs grouped the best But over all they all did OK. 3/8 to 5/8s inch CTC groups. At 23.5 yds. the Crossman's Hollow points at 14.3gr were grouping around 3/4 to 7/8's inch. The fps for the HP was the same as the domed version. Will probably clean the barrel and adjust the hammer spring to give me around 750fps avg.

    Things I liked:

The gun looks and feels just Great.

    Things I would have changed:

Make the hammer spring instructions fit better to the shipped product.

    What others should know:

The first 2 turns of the hammer spring adjustment gives you NO air, so don't put in a pellet in the gun until you get air coming out of the barrel. The instructions say nothing about this and or what to do if you run into this. Now after 1000 shots the regulator is more stable the grouping is getting smaller, dime size at 25 yards. Happy

    Things I liked:

Lightweight, accurate, consistent, smooth bolt cycling feels more like a baby Marauder than a Discovery.

    Things I would have changed:

Here you go Crosman, let me give you an idea.... the plastic stock is one of two things that make this less than what it has the potential for.... it is hollow and amplifies noise from the hammer strike RIGHT IN YOUR EAR. Just sell these with the discovery stock. Second......You only have three baffles in the shroud. It is not loud, but it is not quiet either. Instead of lengthening the shroud to add more baffles I would suggest a version be available with simply a barrel length shroud with no baffles and let the customer buy their own donnyfl sumo or whatever other moderator they want, which will keep the overall length down and provide much better performance. As Fx did with the dreamline. The hollow, noisy plastic stock and the less than adequate shroud are the only two things that are shortcomings in my opinion. Oh also the dust cover for the fill port would not stay on, but that is not an issue to me. Easily fixed with an o ring here at home.

    What others should know:

Fantastic little rifle. Very accurate. I am very happy with it. 20 shots of 17.9 H&N sniper magnum at 65 yards today went into a hole the size of a quarter! Plenty good for squirrels. I am fighting the urge to buy another one!! This rifle is lightweight, cycles easily enough, the trigger is obviously not match quality but it is decent. Shot count is great, You are getting about 4 and a half magazines per fill in the .22. (At whatever power level mine was set at, I havent even adjusted anything yet) That is more than enough shots for a day of hunting and plenty of shooting between fills for plinking and target practice. I suggest finding a nice wooden discovery stock or buying a Boyds stock and ditch the plastic. Both the sniper magnums and the JSB 18gr shoot very well out of this one. I highly recommend this revamped Fortitude gen2 to anyone in the market for a great .22 air rifle.

    Things I liked:

Very, very accurate. Very quiet. Very light. It's a magnificent gun. I love it. Mine is the .22 cal.

    Things I would have changed:

Redesign the magazine. Mine wont index past 4 pellets. It just wont rotate anymore. I've read about adjusting the spring, but I should not have to do this on a new gun. I just dont use it. I hand load each pellet. Not really hard to do at all. I'm trying to find out if the Marauder shot tray works. No luck as of yet finding this out. I will not purchase any magazines unless they are redesigned.

    What others should know:

This is a helluva gun save the magazine(in my case). It's just so darn accurate and I'm shooting 25 yards, half inch groups max. Love, love, love this gun. It's a 5 star gun no doubt, but I gave a 4 overall due to the(in my opinion) poorly designed magazine.
