    Things I liked:

The heft and feel is outstanding.I also have the non blow back version and always wished it would be just like this one. Shooting is a bit different because the gun does jump a bit but enhances the realism of the whole experience. This is a great piece for the money spent!!!

    Things I would have changed:

    Wood grips would be nice.

    What others should know:

    You will not be disappointed.

I like everything about this gun.I love the blowback action and the way it stays open on the last shot.A lot of fun to shoot.

    Things I would have changed:

I can not think of anything that I would change on this gun because I like it that much.

    What others should know:

Extra mags are high priced but you will want to get at least one extra.

    Things I liked:

Size and weight are perfect. Great detail. Incredibly realistic blowback. Nice addition to my collection. Well worth the wait time to get this one.

    Things I would have changed:

Toy-like plastic grips have to go. field stripping takes some practice due to tight take down pin/plate.

    What others should know:

This pistol is a bit loud. Accuracy- Mine shot fairly high at 25 feet. A bit of gunsmith work with epoxy to raise the front sight solved this problem. Now spot on at 25-30 feet, except for the occasional flyers. Gun must be cocked to engage safety.

Everything! This is a phenomenal piece. Fun to shoot, blowback action is smooth and the trigger pull is nice and light. Love this gun.!!!

    Things I would have changed:

    See review of magazine.

    What others should know:

This gun shoots a little 'low' but is easily corrected by adjusting your site picture.

    Things I liked:

Look, weight and feel of the real deal. Trigger has nice reset point and crisp break on the pull. Shoots straight. You get about two and half magazines fired down range before a new CO2 cartridge is needed.

    Things I would have changed:

Not a big deal but the CO2 cartridge exchange needs an allen wrench (factory supplied)to remove and install it. An integral cam lever or something "not-extra" would be nice.

    What others should know:

Pleasantly surprised with opening the box and how it is packaged

    Things I liked:

This new Legends Parabellum P08 Blowback pistol is everything I wanted the original Legends Parabellum P08 to be. I like the full size magazine of this pistol better than the stick magazine of the earlier version. The large BB follower knob on this full size magazine is better because it gives me a better grip on it while loading BBs. The best features of this pistol are the working toggle slide and the unique style of the pistol. The trigger is single action and very light allowing the pistol to be shot very easily. The blowback is very powerful. The accuracy is very good. Shooting 10 shot groupings from a bench rested position at a distance of 18 feet to target, Umarex and Cybergun/Swiss Arms BBs produced 1" groups with 8 out of the 10 shots. These other BBs performed almost as well: Marksman, 1 1/8" (8 of 10) and Avanti, 1 1/4" (9 of 10). Firepower Gold BBs gave me one group at 1 5/8" (all 10 evenly distributed) and another at 1 3/4" (8 of 10).

    Things I would have changed:

White markings on the front and rear sights are desirable to make the gun easier to aim against black target spots. I put some self-sticking white label paper on my sights. Apart from that I wouldn't change anything.

    What others should know:

This pistol really does not like Copperhead BBs. I shot two bench rested 10 shot groups of Copperhead at 18 feet distance and got two 3" evenly distributed shot groups. Standing off-hand 10 shot group sizes at 18 feet (minus 1 or 2 fliers): Copperhead, 2 1/8"; Umarex, 1 3/8"; Avanti, 1 1/8"; Firepower, 1 1/4"; Marksman, 1"; and Cybergun/Swiss Arms, 1 3/8". Total shot counts: Umarex CO2, 54; Crosman CO2, 49; Swiss Arms, 48. As the CO2 pressure decreased, I began to get some full auto shots occurring after shot 41. There is a loop mounted on the back of the frame just above the grip that eventually popped off because of the forcefulness of the blowback, but I'm not concerned about it because it's absence does not adversely affect the operation of the pistol. This pistol is very fun to shoot, and the unique operation of the slide makes it very cool compared to other blowback pistols. If you like historic replicas, get this pistol.

    Things I liked:

True realism, including a gas+ammo magazine. Weighs 1.97 lbs, loaded. Action is solid with absolutely no slop. I bought an extra magazine, both mags are gas-tight and feed flawlessly. I don't know why others are complaining about the grips. I had a Luger firearm and it also had black plastic grips, not wood.

    Things I would have changed:

Accuracy suffers from the rear sight design. It is a V-shaped notch that is too wide, too open. This makes it hard to center the front sight blade in the rear sight when aiming. Also, as others have stated, there is entirely too much white printing on this gun. They could have printed it in grey, which would have been legible close up but have a lower impact visually at a distance. My gun was shipped dry. I used silicone grease and silicone oil to lube the moving parts.

    What others should know:

I am only getting 2 magazines from a CO2 cartridge. When you run out of gas in the middle of a magazine, pull the toggle up fully and press the magazine release to remove the magazine. This is NOT a BB version of the WE P-08. The parts look similar but do not interchange. The frame is different enough that the brown accessory grips from WE will not fit this gun, in case you were tempted.

    Things I liked:

I took a chance when I saw it, advertising the new P-o8 Luger blow back. I usually wait to hear the reviews first. I'm glad I bought one. The operation feels and looks like a real Luger.Blow back is nice. Cocking it is very realistic. Design , well done. Trigger is easy and fairly light. I was wondering when P/A was going to come out with a blow back Luger.

    Things I would have changed:

All around a nice pistol . The one thing I would have liked to see changed, would be the cheap plastic pistol grips. It would have been nice to see, perhaps the grips made out of a stamped metal, which would have added to the durability and the weight of the luger. After doing all that fine designing of a Luger replica and I don't know why , they always seem to cheap out on some thing.I know wooden grips would be expensive, but a stamped checked metal grip would of complimented the pistol. The new Luger uses one CO2 per three full magazines, but this is common for these realistic blow backs. Also, the FPS could be stronger ( The claimed FPS is 300 ).

    What others should know:

I like the pistol a lot. It's a keeper. I would buy one to add to your collection. P/A should design a stamped checked metal pistol grip for the New Luger, how expensive could it be ? Aside from that, great job P/A.

    Things I liked:

I passed up earlier versions of this gun until blowback was offered. It was worth the wait! The toggle even locks back on the last round...delicious! The gun has a good heft to it and is all metal.

    Things I would have changed:

I wish the gun had more punch. I have not chronied the gun yet, but it seems weak--I doubt it makes the manufacture's claim of 300 fps. (This is no doubt due to providing blowback to the heavy toggle mechanism.) It would also be nice to have wood grips; the plastic grips detract from an otherwise good replica. Accuracy is always an issue with these guns. Mine shot low: usually about 3" below the bull at ten feet with flyers up and to the left. The sights are awful, but true to the original. And finally, loading BBs is a pain.

    What others should know:

This thing eats CO2. Since it has little power, I assume the gas consumption is due to providing blowback. Expect to get two and a half magazines of shots--about 50 shots--per 12-gram CO2 cartridge. Over all, I recommend this gun...but with the caveats above.

    Things I liked:

Co2 ,Single action, working toggle, blow back, pointability,Field stripable ,satin finished, full drop out mag,BB shootin' authenticly detailed PO-8. What more could you want?

    Things I would have changed:

White lettering warning. What were they thinking?

    What others should know:

Well this is the one all you collectors have been waiting for. Great that KWC didn't cheapen it with glossy paint like the NBB Makarov,TT-33 and the P-38. But on the other hand the white warning paragraph on the right side would ruin the looks of this all time best looking handgun(IMHO) if it weren't an easy fix with some paint or black tape. Every thing else about this long awaited beauty is nearly perfect. light weight and authentic trigger, feel in the hand. ample mag cap and shots per Co2 (circa 60. temp. dependant) reasonable accuracy for a smooth bore. solid rapport and field strippable . Ah! the collection complete.Well ok ,offer it in the Kriegsmarine version w/the 7" barrel. And lets see, Maybe a Browninig High Power BB,Blow back too. There's always one more!

    Things I liked:

I received this pistol last week and I have to say WOW. This is one of the best built blowback togglelock lugar I have seen. Unlike its WE airsoft counterpart, this gun is solidly built and the internals are beefy and strong and not o verly engineered but having said that the proof is in the function and mine funtions perfectly. the trigger pull is very light and will take you by suprise if you are not careful. The accuracy is spectacular for a smooth bore bb gun on all the types of bbs I shot with it,except copperheads (@ 20 ft.)the safty only engages when the pistol is cocked and ready to fire, the pistol feels great in the hand and is nicely balanced and the sights are easy to use even though they are in motion the kick is a bit harder than my 22s. and the toggle lock up on the last shot is nice all in all I would say I can see why the Lugar p08 is so popular even today. This pistol looks good ,feels good, shoots good and the fun factor is off the charts. So I give it a solid 5 star

    Things I would have changed:

Only 1 thing and anyone who ownes the WE p08 airsoft will know about part # 122 . It is the flat washer that locks the clevis at the rear of the toggle bolt to the upper right side of the upper receiver, they fall off very easy especially if you remove the upper receiver for cleaning and lubing, if you want to get it to stay on and still be removable without ruining the pistols finish use a rubber cement that is safe for skin applications, apply a little around the washer and put it back on. it will hold the part on and can be removed and simply rubbed off like without damaging the pistol or the finish , and beleive me that part can come off even when your shooting the gun and there is only one place I know to get that part.but that is the only thing that could ruin your day about this pistol, or if you run out of co2 or ammo. I LOVE MINE!!!

    What others should know:

buy it it will be the most fun purchase you will make it is solid fun and has a solid backing at Pyramid. p.s get a spare mag or two if you can afford it. I also used Crosman and Swiss Arms c02 powerlets , just make sure you have them centered in your mag(centered on each side ) or you will not get the mag. in the grip.

    Things I liked:

Feels good in the hand, solid. Nice weight. Good realism in blowback. Reasonably accurate with fixed sights. Much more reliable (so far) that the older 6mm airsoft green-gas version, I'm glad it uses CO2 rather than green gas. And I like that its a .177 caliber steel BB rather than 6mm airsoft, a personal preference.

    Things I would have changed:

Grips would be better brown (or even wood, but that would cost too much I'm sure.) Safety is a bit stiff and can only be engaged when pistol is cocked.

    What others should know:

Inside it seems almost identical to the older 6mm green gas version (except uses CO2 cartidges, and that gun developed a couple problems like frequently going full auto and seriously leaking gas after a couple hundred rounds. So far this gun is working fine, although it uses a lot of CO2 because its blowback. I'm a sucker for Lugers, ordered this one within minutes of seeing it was available!

    Things I liked:

I have small hands and thought there would be problems holding it but no way. I had a luger many years ago and missed it after after I sold it (dumb). Now I have one back. The toggle action is great and coupled with the report I love it. Thanks for such a fun gun!

    Things I would have changed:

Would have liked wood grips but nothing else.

    What others should know:

Buy an extra magazine as you will want one as soon as you get the gun. I am 76 and a former competitor now I will add this to my indoor shooting collection.

    What others should know:

Just received this gun today. The safety doesn't function properly. Contrary to the instruction manual, it can only be set it with the gun in the cocked/charged condition. The cocking lever often jams in the cocked position and the gun consistently discharges two BBs on each shot. Could be I was just unlucky enough to get a defective gun however this one is going back for a refund.
