10 of 11 Air Arms S410/S510 Magazine, .25 Reviews
Everything
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing
I'm new to the air gun world, but this magazine far superior to the one supplied with the Hatsan Bullmaster. This one is "solid" and very easy to load. It inserts easily and snugly into my Air Arms Galahad Walnut. I wholeheartedly recommend.
Things I Would Have ChangedWould love to see a larger capacity.
What Others Should KnowNo
These work as expected. Smooth and clean feeding
Things I Would Have ChangedThe inner barrel needs to be made from a stronger metal. As other people have noted, the .25 cal version of this leaves the outer edge very thin and after a short time the metal breaks rendering the magazine useless. Being able to order a replacement inner barrel for much less than the $50 for a mag would be a reasonable compromise by AA.
What Others Should KnowBe prepared to only get a little over 6 months of occasional use from these in .25
Now winding and the see through cover, easy to load
Things I Would Have ChangedSomething to hold the pellets in place. The last one in will just fall out if you put an extra mag in your pocket.
What Others Should KnowCan't think of a thing, it's pretty simple
Worked very good.
Things I Would Have ChangedMaterial is plastic, metal would better.
Works great. Easy to load and functions perfectly Have to have them to shoot the rifle. Bought two spares for some reason. First one has 1000 rounds through it and shoots great. Am guessing the 2 spares will stay in their box
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing
The build quality is just like anything else made by Air Arms. Simple design, well functioning.
Things I Would Have ChangedWould be nice to have a last round lockout like on the Benjamin's. Price is a little steep for them but it's not like you need 10 magazines though.
What Others Should KnowThe first one of these I received was stiff and nowhere near as smooth as the original. I thought that it was just because it was new. The magazine would not index in the rifle and most of the time would get ejected from the rifle when trying to cycle the next round. After trying to "wear" it in for several weeks I returned it. PA replaced it without question and the new one works flawlessly. I do see a little difference in POI between the two magazines but I still can figured out how that occurs!
My favorite magazine made!
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing!
What Others Should KnowBetter than carrying around the tin of rattling pellets!
Everything about this product is top notch.
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing
What Others Should KnowI purchased Air Arms S510 instead of the Benjamin marauder just because of the quality of this magazine.

I ordered the .25 caliber magazine in yellow so I could use it with lead pellet and my factory maganizes which are grey for use with my tin pellets. I received a grey magazine in Air Arms packaging that stated it was .25 caliber but it is actually too small for .25 pellets. For the exhorbitant price I was hoping to get a working magazine but no such luck.
Things I Would Have ChangedPut the correct caliber magazine and the correct color magazine in the container. This is an Air Arms QC defect.
What Others Should KnowWith the design of this magazine after it is loaded it needs to be rotated to prevent a pellet from falling out and then rotated when being inserted into the rifle.
