Beeman R7 Air Rifle Stock

It's a very nice upgrade from the stock that was on my HW 30 that I purchased many years ago. I am not going to write a full review because it will be basically identical to Craig's review. If you love your HW 30 as much is I do, just buy it and put a smile on your face.

Unlike Craig I did not have to wait for it and I don't know what he paid for it.

This was a functional, cost effective, and cosmetic upgrade to my HW30 .22 stainless look air rifle. The functionality takes place with the checkering, it makes it more secure when grabbing the stock. The original stock had no checkering, and was a little slick when grabbed if the slightest bit of moisture/condensation appeared. I never dropped my HW30, but not having the security of checkering always concerned me. I was able to purchase the new stock at an outstanding price after Thanksgiving. Pyramyd Air does have some very good deals if you keep your eyes open. As far as cosmetics, the checkering, ambidextrous raised cheek piece, the long forearm that covers the breech block are all appealing to me.

I do not know what I would change at this point.

This Beeman R7 stock fit perfectly on my HW30 as expected. It did take a few months for the stock to arrive. This delay I understand was a result of COVID-19, slower shipping, getting through customs, etc. I had the option to purchase the new HW30 stock with the undercut stock and more aggressive checkering which is a nice stock as well. However, I much preferred the straight lines and old style stock. Again, the great price Pyramyd offered me made my purchase with them a no brainer! If you're looking for a great cost effective stock upgrade for your plain stock, this is a serious option. I hope this review will be helpful in making your decision.
