I have (3) of these that I use with my Crosman Varminator break-barrel, and the work out great. Mostly metal construction, so they offer greater durability than the all plastic ones that are out there. Even though it does not have "clicks" (eye-roll) it is very easy to use one handed. Yes, it may hold (16) pellets, but don't fight the long reach with your thumb, and try loading only (10), works that way with no problem.
Things I would have changed:Nothing, IMHO, works great as designed.
What others should know:As I mentioned above, loading only 10 or 12 pellets make it easier to reach with your thumb and is very positive and easy to load one-handed.

It does help to load pellets better. Is very useful in handling the Crosman 1377 steel breech issue of the screw not being perfectly flush underneath the chamber. It is also very useful when loading the Beeman P17 which has a very awkward loading method without this loader. It would also help in a scenario where you wanted to fire in rapid sequence as you wouldn't have to fumble with the pellets from the pouch, but could just squeeze them out of this device.
Things I would have changed:I think it's a little over priced, as it's very simple, but cost more than a picatinny adapter.
What others should know:It wouldn't be necessary if the steel breech kit or the P17 were engineered a little better.

Metal tube
Things I would have changed:Plastic vinyl tubing end cap
What others should know:The sleazy little piece of clear vinyl tubing end cap is pretty useless. It is: - somewhat difficult to get on the end of the metal tube; - captures one or two pellets which then both: hinder putting the vinyl tubing section back on the holder, and are difficult to get out of it without possibly deforming them, - doesn't help the process any more than preventing the remaining pellets in the tube from falling out. It would be much more helpful to have: - a custom cap that would fit over the end of the tube; - perhaps with a provision (hole or indentation) on the end that could hold one pellet by the skirt ready to grab and load; - a keeper strap to prevent it from being dropped and lost. The little clear vinyl tubing section for mine at the moment is lost as I set it in my lap as I write this ( I'm glad I'm not out in the grass and brush... ) Note: the pellets pour freely from the far end of the tube - it's easy to inadvertently dump too many out.
