Having extra mags in my pocket is cool, but i really eat up my ammo faster and that lever action love is too fun. Dont hesitate to get some extra mags though
What others should know:Mine came w/ the o-ring. The originals did not have an o-ring. This image dont show it, but its a nice improvement . Which is nice cause it helps holds slugs in place. One may half to tighten or loosen the screw thats on it. Ive have to tighten one, and loosen another, cause some time they lock up. When using slugs, load them from the back side, pellets from the front. My Eagle loves the 55g NSA slug the best. Its like a surgical scapal. On a good day i can hold 3 inch groups at 200 yards, one on top the other at a 100 yard. Got to swab out the barrel w/ a degreaser bout every 75 rounds or so, cause the slugs are soft. The bell curve on mine is about 180 bar to 150 bar. Max fill at 200 bar seems to throw off the accuracy

What others should know:I bought several of these and out of the 4 only 1 is perfect. So i have 6. Im thinking maybe it requires some "breaking in". Ive loosened /tightened the screw. Just dont seem to be the same quality as the the originals (2 came w/ the rifle) that came w/ the Eagle Claw (awesome rifle...(hog dispatcher). I took 1 apart, but the spring is so small and my hands are busted, so i couldnt put it back together. But they wernt nothing to fix anyways...so i dont have an answer outside of quality control, ither get a good one or ya dont. Part of the issues is im using 55g NSA slugs and they are long, so ya got to get them just right. The 43g? slip right in. I havent even tried regular pellets. The new ones have a o-ring which helps keep the slugs from (back load), the originals did not, i use them w/ the cleaning pellets, because the they dont hold slugs well when shooting uphill. I mostly target shoot at 175yrds. But occasionally, we hunt the swine, and it will put a 300lb hog down w/ 55g
