CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow CO2 BB Pistol Kit

The pistol fits my hand well, and I like the rubber grips much better than the hard plastic normally used on air pistol grips. The front fiber-optic sight is quite visible, even in the relatively low light of my garage. The double-action trigger is much smoother than I expected.

I would prefer that the slide could be opened to reveal the breech, possibly making it easier to clear a jammed BB.

1. I strongly recommend against using Dust Devil BBs in this pistol, at least not the first version of the Dust Devils. They do not feed well, and they make the trigger pull extremely inconsistent--sometimes virtually impossible to pull with one finger, and then easier on the next shot. When a BB jammed during the feed, it would feel as though I was pulling the trigger with the safety preventing the pistol from firing. Normal (smooth) steel BBs completely cured the problem. 2. The pistol is designed for ferrous (steel) BBs, and a magnet is used to keep the BB in place. It is unlikely that low-ricochet copper-plated lead BBs will work properly, since they're non-ferrous. 3. The trigger is DA-only. Even if the hammer is cocked, the trigger still has to move the next BB into position. Therefore, never pull the trigger partway, and then release it without shooting. Doing so will leave a BB in the chamber, and the next trigger pull will feed a second BB behind it.

Fits my hand well, easy to load both CO-2 and BB's. And is very accurate.

okay the things I like about this pistol is it feels very comfortable in the hand the grips are very comfortable despite being plastic in fact the whole body is plastic but it has enough weight to it to feel substantial and not like a toy but don't think this is going to be anywhere close to one of the blowback models as they have mostly metal components. I like the fact that the fake silencer although completely made of plastic actually has an internal barrel and it fits tightly with no wiggle it doesn't feel as cheap as it might seem to be. fires very nicely from both single and double action and although the magazine is a pain in the ass to load it works well. No real word on accuracy yet as it's too cold out for CO2 where I'm at.

I would find a way to give it a little bit more weight without the magazine it feels almost too light also I would make it have an actual ambidextrous safety instead of a right-handed safety. Also I would change it for when you're firing in single action and pull the hammer back it actually indexes the trigger into firing position. Also a decock probably wouldn't be out of the question as if you are in single action and the safety is on the only way to decock is to remove the magazine and pull the trigger.

This is a pretty decent replica I've watched very closely reviews of the actual pistol on YouTube and it mimics it almost perfectly except for the fiber optic sights on the front blade.
