What Others Should KnowA perfect companion on any hunting trip. I like to keep one of these in my quiver for those 'just in case' moments. Getting into a tree stand early, but immediately see a squirrel or rabbit? Stick an arrow equipped with this tip on your string and shoot! If you hit what you are aiming at, these tips DO THEIR JOB. My bow launches arrows with this tip at 255fps and it will comletely penetrate a rabbit's skull at 35yrds. with devestating effect, DRT!. Should you miss your quarry and the arrow hits grass or firm dirt, one claw will dig in and the arrow will stop right there.. Caveats; 1. in very soft dirt/ moss or leaves, the arrow goes under just like every other. 2. I've also had a few 'skip' off rocks and very compact, rocky soil. The claws are very tough, I have thousands of shots on the same 3 tips and only broke off one claw on a huge rock.
