Nardi USA Atlantic P Air Compressor, Electric, 4500 PSI/300 Bar

This compressor; * Fills tanks (88 cu ft) in 10 mins or less. * Is easy to use. * Is compact. * And requires little maintenance for the in-home user. When I did encounter problems (with the switch, due to my own shoddy wiring), Enzo, the stateside rep, went out of his way to repair the unit free of charge, even though the limited warrantee period had elapsed.

I would have added wheels to the unit. I did notice, while at Enzo's Atlanta warehouse, some units now come with factory installed wheels.

Mr. Enzo is a delightful man of 70 years who has confidence in, takes great pride in and backs this product 100%.

I have had mine over a year now. still works great as it should. I have shot over 5,000 pellets I use this to fill the big cf tank,even at a ton of shooting, it takes like 8 minutes to refill my tank from 3000 to 4700, and I only run it every 3-4 months! yes about 4 times a year x 8 minutes, little over 30 minutes a year,lol STILL WORTH THE $$$$$$$$$$$$ :)

WHEELS,going to add wheels,as it just sits, be nice to be able to move it out of the way easy when needed

Fast shipping and good price. The high pressure air compressor work very well as described in the PA web.

Packaging, I hope to see more hard packaged than normal cardboard, at least as an extra choice.

Works well and fills the air bottle fast. It is quiet.

The operation manual is of little use. It was obviously written by an Italian and translated in to English by someone not fluent in English. It discusses the filter and says to put the filter in to the filter canister without telling or showing where the canister is or how to install the filter. The compressor comes with European electrical plug, which has two round pronged and somewhat hidden ground plug instead of the three of four blade pronged 220 volt US plug. There is no European to US converter available here in US. Only option is to replace the plug with a US plug or replace the entire cord with a home made US styled cord (my choice). Replacement parts may be difficult to obtained. At present, if Pyramyd Air does not have parts one needs to contact Enzio, the Nardi rep, in Atlanta, GA to get parts. One real positive thing is someone at Nardi in Italy quickly responded to my email and appeared helpful.

It is expensive but works well. If you do not mind winging it a tad when trying to set up and operate it appears to a good choice. Pyramyd if going to sale the compressor needs to assign someone the task to answer the questions that will come up and get a supply on possible replacement parts or be able to drop ship parts from Nardi.

Nothing. It was unusable on delivery. The compressor was wired for European 220 Volt.

Nardi refuses to support this product in the United States. Nardi quality control it obviously very poor.

This compressor is fast. Recharged a 75 cubic ft. carbon tank from 3500 psi to 4500 psi in 3 1/2 minutes. Can also fill regular scuba tanks 3000 psi. But you must be there to manually shut off compressor at your 3000 psi fill. It comes set up with a 300 bar shut off and you have to manually hold in the on switch to run it up to 4500 psi. This seems like a good way of doing things and makes you pay attention to your tank's fill pressure. The water separator filter must be manually drained and works well in getting moisture out of the air. The purification filter cleans the air so you can use it for scuba diving. The compressor is a 4 stage compressor where as other compressors are 3 stage. This means a 4 stage works a little less harder to make its max pressure vs. a 3 stage unit. If you can afford it this is a great compressor, and is every bit as good as a Bauer compressor and a little cheaper then the Bauer.

It would be great if it had an option to add on a adjustable shut off switch and auto water drain. I think its an option from Nardi however you will have to check with them and the added cost is a factor.

$3000.00 is up there. Yes I agree, but if you are into airguns and bigbore airguns then you will want a compressor. Keep in mind that you still need to have your tanks inspected and hydro-tested even if you fill your own tanks. Its for your own safety.
