Description
This 60mm Hawke PCP Bottle Clamp Ring Bipod Adaptor is made of high-grade aluminum and allows you to add a stud for a bipod or sling to your air rifle without having to drill the stock. It adjusts to fit 60-63mm (2.4-2.5”) diameter bottles, and when tightened with the included hex wrench, adds a secure standard Quick Detach (QD) stud below your bottle.

Clamps very securely to tank
Things I Would Have ChangedIt fits a little too tightly for my taste. The screw should be just a little bit longer to allow a little more slack when mounting. The stud on mine is welded in place crooked. I expected better QC from Hawke. We shall see if it is an issue.

Things I Would Have ChangedI purchased this as a cheaper alternative to the Saber Tactical clamp ring. What I received is something I cannot mount a bipod on using a swivel stud to Picatinny rail adapter. First, the stud is welded crookedly on the ring. Next I had to file the corners off of the stud for it to fit into my adapters. It was then I discovered the stud was not tall enough for the mounting pins on my two different style adapters to go through.
What Others Should KnowIf you are using this solely as a point for a sling swivel or if your bipod fastens directly to a swivel stud without an adapter, you may be able to use this as a less expensive alternative to the Saber Tactical version. If that is not the case, you had best save your pennies a little longer.
