Does this have a plastic barrel as one reviewer (2016) suggests? Or is it (2020) now a metal barrel?
"Perceptual dimensions" - is this more like a compact like a S&W 442? or if comparing to a frame - a J frame (442) or a K frame or?
Can I shot pellets with a brodax revolver
07-16-2020 .177 pellets rated at 360fps while BBs are rated at 410fps in the Brodax, pellets are heavier, but more accurate as the O.D. of the pellet is tighter in the smooth barrel of the Brodax making pellets more accurate in the Brodax.
07-16-2020 Yes the Brodax can shoot .177 pellets using the Colt Python ALL METAL Cyl. Mags these mags are for pellets, (the Plastic Mags are for BB's ONLY) (The all Metal Mags are for Pellets ONLY) Both mags work in the Brodax, as the Umarex Colt Python shoots both Pellets and BBs and the Brodax Revolver uses the same Mags as the Brodax and the Python use the same mechanics under the Plastic frame https://www.pyramydair.com/product/colt-rotary-pellet-magazines-fit-357-python-co2-pellet-bb-revolvers?a=7375

Feels very nice in the hand. Using a red dot I can almost keep all shots in a single hole at 15 feet. Loads easily. Would be great to use to teach someone basic firearms safety.
Things I would have changed:I think there could be a tighter fit around the bbs in the magazine. Sometimes they have got lose and rolled out. Seems like 2 or 3 spots in each magazine are looser than others. Maybe have a little rubber sleeve in the magazine to surround the bbs would help.
What others should know:Expect a bit of noise when shooting.
