Walther Upgraded LGV Trigger

Cheap.

Walther should have put this $25.00 trigger in at the factory. Duh!~

I guess it is ok. I never used the rifle without the this trigger so I am clueless about its worth.

This trigger should be factory installed on the LGU rifle. The standard trigger may be serviceable for most but mine came with the adjustment screw stripped out of the trigger. The upgraded trigger has made it possible to make the trigger equal to the HW "Record" or the AA "CD" in function.

By self installing this trigger you waive all warranty on the gun. Not a big deal for me but may be to some.
Installation is straight forward but requires working with small parts including springs.

This trigger is exceptional. If you are even slightly mechanical and have taken airguns apart before, this is, in my opinion, a pretty basic upgrade. The performance of this trigger is on par with the finest available for this type of gun.

Walther should install these at the factory.

I was glad to see Pyramyd Air had finally gotten these in stock. Even though I believe this trigger should have been included in the original build of the LGV upper models, I begrudgingly spent the $30 plus and "pulled the trigger" on this upgrade trigger. I would agree with the previous reviewers that this is definitely an improved trigger but as was also mentioned, the original wasn't bad. Once I installed it, I spent some time with it shooting and adjusting and now have it right where I want it both in terms of travel and trigger pull weight. I definitely recommend the trigger to any Walther LGV owner even if you'll have to hold your nose to place the order because it STINKS to spend over $600 on a fine springer and then have to spend another $33 (w/ shipping) just to get the trigger that should have come on you rifle to begin with! This is why I give this trigger a 1 star rating for value.

Install the bloody tuning trigger on the LGV at the factory Walther or Umarex or whoever is responsible for that decision to make this trigger an "upgrade"!

Take your time opening the trigger housing. Separate the halves very slowly so that springs and parts don't go flying. The directions come with a photo of how the assembled interior is supposed to look but the resolution isn't great so you might want to snap a shot of the assembled trigger mechanism before disassembling to install the new trigger. The included directions are sufficient to get the job done.

The metal trigger has a more frictionless feel,more like HW Record.Light 1st stage,then you hit a definite wall for the 2nd stage. Keep in mind,mine was adj. to specs to start.Gun would not fire,had to turn the screw a tad to fire it,so don`t get in a hurry.I think the front screw had to be turned a tad,then fine tune as you shoot.This is a great gun&trigger!.The stock plastic trigger was VG,this is a upgrade.Just watch how the 2 halves of the trigger group come apart.

USA instructions would be nice!!

Reduced LGV long first stage in half. Nice, clean break, the way it should be!

My pro tuner installed/adjusted this and now I don't think about the trigger, just the sight picture.
