Things I liked: For stubborn spots in heavy barrels.
Things I would have changed: None
What others should know: Good build in the brush. Clean!
Things I liked: Have used them for years in various calibers and always find them to be as expected.
Things I liked: These Brownell's bronze bore brushes are of higher quality than some others I've used over the years. And they fit the bore nice and snug, for a more thorough cleaning. It sure pays to buy better quality equipment! Especially on my vintage Crosman collection. They help keep my newer air rifles in fine shape too!
Things I would have changed: Not a thing!
What others should know: I have seen no ill effects from reversing a brush out of the bore. I also spray it with a bit of Rem-Oil when initially brushing the bore before wet patching. Really loosens the black crud...even rust from the bore. I always thought it was a good thing to oil the brush when used in an air gun. Like wetting it with powder solvent on a powder burner.

Because of the threaded "head" it seems these are supposed to be used / connected to something - a rod? a pull string? My question: is there something else to buy to utilize these? Thanks.
Hi is it safe to use a bronze or brush or bore snake to clean the barrel. Does it damage the rifling of the gun. Thanks!
Yes it is safe and no, it should not do any harm to the rifling.
