This semiauto CO2 BB rifle will hurl tons of shots downrange on just one CO2 cartridge. Steel BBs are about as inexpensive as you can get when it comes to airgun ammo, so this is a smart buy.

People of all sizes can comfortably shoot the Crosman Comrade AK since the shoulder stock is removable.

Steel BBs can ricochet. The shooter and everyone in the shooting area should wear safety glasses when a gun is being handled (even if it's unloaded). Remember to remove all pets from the area, as rebounding ammo can hit them, too. Never shoot steel BBs at hard objects (including metal targets) or water, as that increases the chance of ricochet.

Things I liked: The fps, ease of handling,

Things I would have changed: Make the stock fold,a little less plastic, get away from the toy like look of it.

What others should know: It looks cheap but surprisngly it has a higher fps than most guns of this type, the included case is very nice.

Things I liked: when i seen it i had to have it the price the fps and the look of a AKU-74 the rail was a added bonus. ive had it 2 days so far and put out 2 loads of bbs. i really like the sturdy design of the air rifle. my only real concern was that after owning a marksman air pump action air rifle was that just like the marksman it would get jammed when loading up the internal magazine. seems crosman thought that might be a problem and put a stick on the (push rod) overall so far i love the crosman comrade AK. shoots great and has lots of power with a fresh co2.

Things I would have changed: the only (flaw) i seen on the rifle would be the way the co2 is loaded. i dont think this can be fixed.its just generally there is going to be small co2 expulsion if you are fast enough you can lose very little. i personally like to get it in as close as possible til i feel it puncturing the co2 powerlet then fully turn it as fast as possible til its in there good. if i had designed the rifle for fans of the AK platform i would have made the stock foldable like the xbg carbine made by umarex. my opinion thats one of the best folding stocks i have ever owned including the one i have on my 10/22. i still think this rifle is fine. i think they could make 2 different versions if they wanted to that has detachable magazines and or dual co2 powerlets such as other air rifles ive seen.

What others should know: the only thing i can tell you is what ive learned about the comrade AK. do not leave it fully charged with a fresh co2. this air rifle will not hold the pressure even for a night. 2. it only holds 1 extra co2 in the fake magazine. if you pack the bottom with tissue or paper towel not too much then push in the extra cartridge (you will only have to do this once) then after you push in the cartridge push in another peice of paper towel on top. this should eliminate all noise from the spare co2. i opted not to put bbs in the magazine because it will make alot of noise but looks perfect for speed loading the rifle.

Things I liked: Decent accuracy in the 20 to 30 ft range. Getting 80 to 90 rapid fire shots per CO2 cylinder which is not disappointing. Twenty-two BB magazine and 150 BB reservoir are great.

Things I would have changed: Leaks a little CO2 when installing cartridge. Trigger is a little heavy.

What others should know: Bought this to use as a cheap trainer for .22 steel target shooting matches. Added an inexpensive Truglo red dot and am very satisfied, especially considering the low overall cost.
