Umarex Gauntlet Air Rifle
PCP airgunners long for affordable guns that are consistent as well as powerful, and Umarex has answered the call!
The Gauntlet PCP repeater that balances tremendous shot strings, with incredible power and accuracy all for a competitive price. With the on-board regulator, the Gauntlet uses less air; improving accuracy, and the amount of shots per charge on its 3000 psi tank. Once the pressure is low, you can either refill the tank using the standard Foster quick connect fitting or simply unscrew the tank with the included pressure release key to switch out your tank. As long as the pressure gauge is in the green, your shots will stay consistent. Umarex tested both .177 (7.9 grain) and .22 (14.3 grain) lead pellets, achieving 60(.22) or 70 (.177) shots on a single fill! With a velocity of 1000 fps in .177 and 900 fps in .22, the Gauntlet has no problem sending lead downrange in a hurry.
Each caliber features a single shot tray and a 10 round rotating magazine so you can spend less time reloading and more time taking rapid fire bolt-action shots. The fully-moderated barrel quiets your shots, making it a perfect platform for blasting away at backyard targets or eliminating pests. Its all-weather synthetic stock comes with integrated studs for the addition of a sling for convenient carrying in the field. A standard dovetail mount is ready for mounting the optics system of your choice.
Umarex threw down the gauntlet for a PCP that's accurate, consistent, and affordable. What more could you ask for?

Things I liked: I Like the gun, But Shipping is "Pathetically" SLOOOOOOW
Things I would have changed: Pyamind's Shipping Procedures
What others should know: They say it's in Stock but it takes a month to come in, What it fast? Go somewhere else.
Things I liked: This rifle is very accurate, easy to set up and a real pleasure to shoot. It's my first PCP after years of springers. I love it.
Things I would have changed: The action, not to bad, needs to be smoother. The more I shoot it, the easier it becomes. This won't stop me from buying the .25 in the future.
What others should know: I highly recommend this rifle.
Things I liked: Value! Very good rifle for the money
Things I would have changed: Bolt action. Very stiff
What others should know: Nope

Can anyone tell me if I should measure the barrel bore width to find out how much I can drill out the barrel transfer port so as not to exceed the 80%? Are the Gauntlet bores pretty much consistent in width. If so then I could just follow the dimensions that I read other members have used to drill out theirs.
Is anybody interested? Here's another CO2 Adapter I found on Ebay. It lets you use a 90 gram disposable CO2 cartridge on the standard tank fitting. About $10 and it is valved so that you can remove it without loosing all the CO2. That's 7.5 times the CO2 as a 12 gram cartridges.
I bought the 22cal but I can not degas it. I've read the manual and watched a YouTube video but I still can't get it to degas. Any advice.
At worst you can remove the air tank and shoot whatever in in the gun down. Pyramyd Air does not work on the Gauntlet.
To fill your PCP gun:
1.Pick a source of air shown at right
2.If an adapter is needed, one will be shown
3.Add both to your cart to get hooked up
