Built on the tried and true S510 action, the XS TDR (Take-Down Rifle) packs all of the features that small game hunters want into a highly maneuverable and transportable package and is now available in a tactical, soft-touch matte-black finish. Able to break down in seconds, the S510 TDR is built to go anywhere you can. The addition of an internal regulator, means more shots per fill and unparalleled consistency from shot to shot.
The ultra-lightweight stock features a black, soft-touch coated fore-end with a removable rear stock that fits together to form a compact carbine. For convenient transport, each S510 XS TDR comes with a hard case with custom cut foam that will fit the action with added space to allow a scope, buttstock, and even spaces for magazines and a tin of your favorite pellets.
Each of these rifles is available in .177 and .22 caliber, with two of Air Arms standard ten-shot magazines in each package. Fill up the gun to 250 BAR to achieve speeds as high as 1,035fps. Each S510 XS TDR includes an 5 step adjustable power wheel for finding the ideal balance between long shot strings and power. It's super accurate and super quiet due to a fully-shrouded Lothar Walther barrel with an integrated Q-tec suppressor. Follow up shots are quick and easy with the smooth side lever action. While shooting your first mag, keep your extra ready on hand with a built-in storage compartment on the underside of the cheekpiece. An 11mm dovetail rail is included for mounting optics, and a 2-stage adjustable trigger makes superbly accurate shots within reach.
If you want the world-class quality with premium accuracy only Air Arms can provide, the S510 XS TDR answers the call with a PCP that's built to travel.

Well this is my first PCP. I have bad shoulders and cant shoot break barrels any longer. So I like everything about this gun.Look at all the youtube reviews its all true no hype.Set up a field target with a 3/8 " kill zone @ 30 yards. Knocks it down every shot. The soft touch coating on the stock is super nice to grip & seems to be durable enough..
Things I would have changed:Not a thing
What others should know:I was worried about not being able to fill a pcp with a hand pump as I dont have the funds for a compressor and since I live in montana. No idea where to find a dive shop. From 250 bar I shoot 20 shots that takes me down to about 150 bar. With a Hill MK4 pump It only takes 72 pumps to get back to 250.I go real slow and hold at the top and bottom stroke about a second and a half to two seconds. If you try and go faster it takes 85 to 90 strokes for the same pressure.

Is the shots per fill really just 20 for the .177? Seems very low for regulated, 115 cc cylinder.
Not quite, yeah if there not regulated. Regulated air arms s500 is doing 75+ shots with a 250cc reservoir. 20 is very low. That can't be right. It should be like 30-40.
The shot count is consistent. Most .177 cal guns with a 230-250 cc air capacity have a shot count of 40-43 shots.
Is the moderator removable for barrel cleaning?
The moderator is part of the barrel shroud. No it is not removeable.
To fill your PCP gun:
1.Pick a source of air shown at right
2.If an adapter is needed, one will be shown
3.Add both to your cart to get hooked up

I have the previous unregulated version in walnut stock and it is a tack driver and exudes quality with a very smooth operation.
What others should know:I installed an aftermarket regulator myself (Robert Lane) and it gets very consistent shot strings averaging 863 ft/sec (26.1 ft-lbs energy) at a set regulator pressure of 135 bar and standard deviation of 4.8 ft/sec. and 26-28 usable consistent shots total. Only downside is that you void the warranty when you modify the rifle and it involves drilling a small breathing hole in the air cylinder reservoir.
