Easy to assemble, smooth operation, not difficult to use. No leaks. Hose is adequately long for my needs. Shipping was free.
Things I would have changed:If you don't add the optional air drier, it leaves the associated o-rings and inlet holes exposed. A simple perforated plastic sleeve or collar could be included to slide down over that area to protect it.
What others should know:Included is a finger-tightened locking collar that holds the foot stirrups to the pump body, for ease of disassembly, but since you'd need an allen wrench to take it down any further, I'm not sure it was worth engineering that feature. However, it doesn't hurt anything.

It's a quality tool, built very well, and should last a long time. It's also a good workout, and reinforces the need for a compressor!
Things I would have changed:I'd make the foot treads longer for a more stable stance, and if it folded, storage would be easier.
What others should know:Great entry-level tool for PCP guns with smaller cylinders, like the Hatsans (which we both have). The pump works very well, and is a good workout for my74-year old body! It's a quality item, and I'd not hesitate to recommend it.

I sent in an MK four for maintenance after three years and they said they couldn’t put it back together so they sent me a refurbished MK five I love it. It works great and it’s more efficient than the other one.
