It’s a durable scope that is shockproof, waterproof, and argon-purged to prevent fog. Built out of a one-piece 34mm aircraft-grade aluminum tube, it can handle a beating.
To transmit plenty of light, Athlon put an advanced multi-coated 56mm objective lens with HD glass, which also helps to deliver a crisp image. Ensuring precision shots at any distance, the etched glass reticle has a .2 MOA center dot surrounded by hash marks and drop lines for range estimation and holdovers.
The Athlon Optics Midas TAC HD 5-25X56 APLR4 First Focal Plane Riflescope makes use of a precision zero stop system that allows the optic to return to its original zero with a precise stop. The scope is windage and elevation adjustable via the exposed, capped turrets. They offer a tactile and audible click to ensure accuracy. The total elevation adjustment is 110 MOA, the total windage adjustment is 65 MOA, and each click is equal to 1/4 MOA.

Good clear glass and excellent turrets. Only negative is that it doesn't come with scope caps.
Not my first, not my last - awesome scope for precision shooting
It is not a top of the line scope but it is great for the money and plenty good enough for most applications. The tracking repeatability is fantastic. I'll run it up 24 MOA and back to zero many times in a shooting session and it will alway be correct.
This will be a scope that you drop on any rifle from .224 to .338 It’ll get your eye to that target with a perfect view the whole time. Easy to use and I would recommend to a beginner to a expert.
Pretty awesome scope. Ended up using as a spotting scope because the glass was so clear. Great for hunting out west when you need to get out far. Great for bringing in light in the evening hunt. Really good overall. A little heavy, but totally worth it to have that longer range capability and more light.
Clicks are crisp. This thing is just a tank so if it’s going on a lightweight hunter then it will be noticeable.

You can spent a LOT on a tactical long range scope. I am impressed how simple this scope is. Sometimes, more features is not beneficial. It's just more to go wrong, or get you confused. This little scope has the necessities, and dials really clean. I love the audible and obvious clicks on this scope. I have purchased several Midas TAC's, and replaced multiple Vortex and Zeiss scopes.
