Questions?Description
The Athlon Optics Heras SPR 6-24x56 Rifle Scope with APLR9 FFP MOA reticle is designed to provide added performance for long-range shooting. It uses a 30mm one piece aircraft-grade aluminum tube for durability, and a high-precision erector system for repeatable adjustments.
The scope uses advanced fully-multicoated lenses for a sharp sight picture even in poor weather, and it has enhanced light transmission and more vivid colors compared to lesser scopes. It is shockproof and waterproof for reliability, and argon purged for fogproofing that yields better results than scopes that use inferior purging substances.
The Athlon Optics Heras SPR 6-24x56 has a locking windage turret to mitigate the chances of accidental adjustment, as well as a precision zero stop on the elevation turret to allow shooters to maintain focus on their target while returning to their zero. Both turrets have a 1/4 MOA click value, with 25 MOA per rotation, and a 70 MOA adjustment range.
The APLR9 FFP (first focal plane) MOA reticle uses etched glass and has a central portion with variable brightness illumination that features a fine dot, hash marks every 1 MOA with large marks every 5 MOA and larger marks every 10 MOA out to 30 MOA to the sides, 45 MOA to the bottom and 20 MOA to the top, and holdover dots and drop lines at the bottom with numbers every 5 MOA starting at 10 MOA.
To get a scope that unlocks additional precision at longer distances, buy the Athlon Optics Heras 6-24x56 Rifle Scope with APLR9 FFP MOA reticle from Pyramyd AIR now.

It is a good scope for the money. A lot of good features. If the clarity was better, and I had it long term to report setting repeatability. It would be higher. At higher magnifications it does loose clarity, but that is also the same for most scopes in this price range.
