The EDgun Matador R5M Long PCP Air Rifle with walnut stock has adjustability and accuracy in a handsome and dependable ambidextrous bullpup package. Manufacturing and production expertise lead to a precise and powerful airgun with average velocities of 985 FPS in .177 and 950 FPS in .22 and .25, with excellent performance for small-game and medium-game hunting or pest control.
The Alfa Precision match-grade barrel on this air rifle is built to deliver the extreme precision that shooters will appreciate, and it also includes improvements to the previous design, including larger baffles in the fully-shrouded barrel, which combines with the moderator to deliver shots that are quieter than expected for an airgun of this power level.
The Matador R5M Standard includes a regulator to enable consistent performance, and the hammer spring tension is adjustable to aid in tuning for different pellet weights and conditions.
A Weaver optics rail with 30 MOA compensation aids in facilitating accurate shots, especially at long distances, and spare magazines fit in the storage space underneath the rail. The dual-side forward cocking lever lets shooters cock the gun with their off hand while keeping their main hand on the trigger, which is two-stage and can be adjusted for both the first and second stage.
