Gravity feeder is easy to put together and easy to install. I had to get this type feeder because of problems I have had with the programable and dawn to dusk feeders. The dawn to dusk feeder actually came apart. The three screws that attach the top ring with locking lugs pulled out of the remaining bottom part. Also it appears both feeders that use the 6V battery has to have brand new batteries with enough current for the motor to operate. Will need to look into the solar power generator that charges the battery.
Easy to put together. Easy to install. If using different food, easy to adjust. Deer get used to it real quick.
The gravity feed conversion kit is very simple to assemble and install. It totally removes the constant clogging when running corn with excess dust. Great product!
Using with an older Moultrie feeder the openings on the feeder are aligned with the legs you have to make an adapter to fix the problem
The assembly of the kit is not very fun. trying to get the holes aligned and hold onto three different parts can be a bit tricky. After I assembled the 5th one it was getting easier. Why can't you just sell assembled Gravity Feeders that we can connect to our Moultrie Feeders? It was also disappointing that you provide a clamp to secure around the connection to the feeder. Why the clamp, is there an issue with the Gravity Feeder falling off? We don't clamp on the motorized feeders and they a lot heavier.
