This case in my opinion is the perfect size to transport my marauder pistol with its folding stock. No it was not built with my air gun in mind but works for me. The four pockets on the case offer plenty of room for air gun goodies....tins of pellets, tools, magazines,& instruction manuals and it just keeps swallowing. It is supposed to float, I will not be testing that fact with all the stuff I have managed stuff in it. I hope that means that it will repel water and muck I happen into. Looks like it is fortunate I like it the way I do, it should be around for many years.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe country of origin. I see no reason that I bag such as this could not be made in the states. A quality American made product at a reasonable price.
What Others Should KnowI also use a hand pump for the mauarder. If I had shopped more and considered the hand pump I mite have gone for a hard case. If I had everything would be together and ready to go in one set-up. Trust me I do not mind carrying the pump with the case over my shoulder. I still can work the lock on the front door and never put anything down. If I am correct this bag is the smallest of four sizes. So if a soft case is in your future, measure carefully and check out the bulldog line-up
