Things I liked:

The idea of it, loading is much simpler than the original magazine.

Things I would have changed:

I will try but it is an engineering problem and I use my own terminology to describe it. The spin reel sits on a spindle. The way it is designed there is no real carriage to keep it from tilting and it hangs when it tilts and the tension is lower. Either the reels needs to use more of a cylinder that mounts over the center spindle or the removable top needs to provide more support to keep it seated.

What others should know:

I have the early production of the FX Crown; it's a .22. I bought one of these and the speed loader. I immediately noticed the magazine was very tight for the gun, awkwardly so. It served me well for a while then it started to cause misfires when it got down to 2-3 pellets. This has since gotten worse and almost makes the thing useless for me. So if you get one, keep an eye on it and as soon as you notice something off return it. I failed to do so in time and am not stuck with a $50 useless magazine, I took it apart and believe it has a design flaw the causes the spin reel to stick-- the spring tensioner lifts the reel on one side and it hangs. One other thing, while loading is easier than the original magazine, if you misload a pellet where it lands nose up you have to dump it out and you usually drop more than the misload. I'd carry a pair of tweezers if you plan to load it in the field.

Things I liked:

There isn't a lot you can say about a magazine but this much easier to load as oppose to the original one supplied with my crown.

Things I would have changed:

I wouldn't change a thing.

What others should know:

I had to google how load this mag. But it's easy once you see it done.

Things I liked:

This new magazine is easier to load and is more simple....once you watched a video to work the latch. I love the price. This magazine works flawlessly.

Things I would have changed:

Nothing.

What others should know:

Today I posted a Target with 25 small bulls eyes at 15 yards....the max range in my backyard range. I first shot 21 Premier 10.5 grain pellets from the old mag, one on each bull. Next, I loaded 22 of the same pellets into the new mag and then shot all 22 into the same bulls previously shot using the old mag. All targets showed slight enlargement to the original hits. I was favorably impressed. Neither magazine showed any off kilter chambers. I am very pleased with both mags, and I love the price on the new one. My Celtic blood loves a bargain.
