Cheap plastic Chinese junk that comes in a blister pack, something you would find in Walmart. The cheap flimsy magazine is a joke, the spring fell apart. There is no lip to grab the bb follower, if you get it pulled back you have to hold it then shake the gun and maybe get a few bb's in at most and if you get it to fire, it shoots out 3 bb's at once. It is also even to hard for a grown man to pull back the slide to cock it because of the cheap plastic and heavy spring. This is not even good for a kid, so don't wast your money. Umerex should be ashamed to even offer this piece of junk. PA was great, they refunded my money and said to do whatever I want with the gun which ended up in the trash, even they did not want to wast their money for return shipping.

The price, everything functions as it should. The trigger pull was a pleasant surprise. The ammo capacity. It has the exact same style magazine as the Daisy 340, however I found this one much easier to open the bb port and loading pull out. Also it loaded pretty much to the full 13 round capacity quickly, I don't think that I ever got the Daisy 340 one more than 3/4 full. The magazine for this one is longer than the 340, so they are not interchangeable. I ran out of space below so I am putting this comment here.. This gun is well worth buying and in my opinion a much better choice than a Daisy 340. And if you need just a little more money to get to that magical $150 free shipping it makes the gun practically free.

Really hard to nit pick a sub $20 gun where everything works on it. A little smoother cocking stroke and maybe a sight with at least some elevation adjustment would be nice, mine shot at few inches low and to the right at 20 feet. Not a deal breaker for me, and you could always mount a cheap laser sight to compensate.

I have been shooting both regular and air powered guns for over 50 years. I also own The Daisy 340 and the Crosman PSM-45, which would be this guns competitors' I prefer this one much more than the Daisy 340, it has a little more power, the grip is more comfortable ( I find the one on the 340 too fat, and I take a large size glove ) The slide has more raised areas to grip for cocking, and the trigger pull is better. I kind of like the Crosman a little better for its more solid feel and I believe it has an edge in accuracy, however it costs twice as much and doesn't have the loading and extra bb capacity convenience, it's a trade off, and for the price of this gun, why not just have both. I shot both Daisy premium grade and match grade bb's and accuracy was the same for both, your usual shotgun pattern from this type of gun around 2.5 inches, however they were more vertically strung, which is good for shooting soda cans. Velocity was around 180 fps. Good for this type of gun.
