Diana Chaser CO2 Air Pistol
Read more about the Diana Chaser CO2 Air Pistol in Tom Gaylord’s Airgun Blog.
The Diana Chaser CO2 Air Pistol is a backyard-friendly shooter designed for outdoor shooting sessions and indoor target training when the weather turns against you. Fueled by a single 12-gram CO2 cartridge, the Chaser is a finely balanced pistol with a streamlined synthetic frame.
Once you are ready to shoot, load a single CO2 cartridge, cock the smooth bolt-action, load your pellet. Then, pull the trigger to send your round downrange at speeds up to 525 fps in .177 or 460 fps in .22. While the Chaser only needs a single CO2 cartridge, a storage area in the bottom of the grip can hold a second CO2 cartridge to keep more air power on deck. Each Chaser features fixed front blade sight with an adjustable rear sight and an 11mm Dovetail rail to mount a scope and zero in on targets.
Diana includes a single shot tray for precision shooting, but the Chaser accepts the same magazines used by its big brother the Stormrider. With the addition of indexing magazines, transform your single-shot Chaser into a multi-shot repeater pistol! The indexing mags hold 9 shots in .177 and 7 in .22 and cut down your reload times significantly. The magazines are sold separately but are readily available here at Pyramyd Air.
If you want a lightweight pistol that’s built for dropping cans and peppering paper targets, choose the Chaser and see what your plinking sessions have been missing!

Things I liked: Fun to shoot
Things I would have changed: Better instructions on the use and loading of the magazine. I still have not figured it out. I guess I am just too old to be able to figure these things out. If there are instructions as to how to make them work I haven't found them. The same goes for the rifle.

Things I liked: An excellent value. Quite accurate.
Things I would have changed: The grip is a bit wierd. Safety is a tad inconvient.
What others should know: Crosman could learn from this gun.

could you give options for mounts to mount a red dot ?
Just remove the rear sight and you could go with one of these: Hawke Sport Optics Red Dot... UTG Quick Aim Electronic Dot...
the suppressor works very well on the rifle, is it sold separately as a part so it can be added to the pistol (mine does not seem to be removable from the rifle barrel).
It is not sold separately
what's the barrel thread size ?
M10 x 1.0
Just get a thread gauge. I had a chaser here for a day and should of checked it then. Ill have to check it when I go over to my buds house.
The barrel threads are 10mm

Things I liked: Very accurate, even shooting Crosman Premier pellets. Shot 3/8" group off bench at 15 meters...repeatedly. Feels good in the hand. Balance is good Great price. Nice trigger once I got it adjusted.
Things I would have changed: I know it would cost more, but I prefer wood grips over plastic.
What others should know: This is a well-built CO2 Pistol that can provide hours of fun for little money. I tried 13 different pellets, and it preferred the cheapest ones - Crosman. BONUS! If you want it a little more quiet, there is a lead dust collector online to quiet it down...a LOT. Accuracy remains.
