The Athlon Optics Cronus ATS Pro 35P-400 Thermal Scope is engineered to provide superior performance at night or in low-light conditions for accurate shots when hunting. The thermal sensor on this scope has an incredible NETD rating of less than 25mK, so it can show images that are clearer than the competition, with less noise and sharper details because of its sensitivity to different temperatures.
The 12-micron pixel pitch and 400x300 pixel resolution on the thermal sensor combine to deliver incredible performance in a lightweight and compact format. The scope also uses a 35mm objective lens for improved light gathering that results in a crisp sight picture with vivid colors, as well as a .39" OLED display with a resolution of 1024x768 for superb viewing.
The Athlon Cronus ATS Pro 35P-400 is fogproof, IP67 dustproof and waterproof, and shockproof to help it keep working year after year. It is compatible with an app that works on both Apple and Android devices to record audio and capture images and video with a resolution of 1024x768, and it works with the Athlon Ballistics app to store projectile and rifle profiles to help generate shot calculations, custom reticles, holdovers, and more.
The scope has an automatic recording feature that captures five images after it detects a shot, in addition to recording three seconds of video before the shot and about seven seconds of video after the shot. It also has three scene modes (natural, enhanced, highlight), an image enhancement feature, ten reticle brightness levels, ten display brightness levels, ten image brightness levels, seven color palette options, and ten contrast levels.
