Since 1892, Diana has produced high-quality airguns that are as reliable as they are accurate. While the Stormrider may not be their first PCP, it’s certainly the most budget-friendly. With a straightforward, no-frills design, the Diana Stormrider’s combination of repeating shots and great features make it a serious contender for one of the best entry-level PCPs.
The first thing you’ll notice is the quality of the German beech stock. It’s sturdy, contoured with checkering on the grip and forend. With a thickness of 1.5 inches wide and a total weight of 5lbs, the Stormrider is easy to handle for shooters young and old. This PCP's 100cc cylinder is easy to fill with a handpump. WIth the included G9 pump, you will have everything you need to make your Diana Stormrider range ready for hours!
Hands down, the best feature of this Diana is its repeating shots. Simply load up the rotary magazine and slide it into the breech which secures it into place magnetically. With 9 shots in .177 and 7 in .22, cycle to a new round with a quick flick of the bolt action. Once you charge up the 200 BAR (2900 psi) cylinder you can send rounds downrange at 1,050 fps (.177) and 900 fps (.22). Additionally, if you want to shoot one shot at a time, a single-shot tray is included. It also includes open sights with a fully adjustable rear sight and an 11mm dovetail for mounting your own optics. This kit really has it all!

Every thing came as shown in description. Only have around 250 shots through it and the holes are getting smaller. Gun is more accurate than me for sure.
Things I Would Have ChangedBetter pump foot, it folds and really gets out of line with the pump at time.
What Others Should KnowThe pump put out the air just as it should, the probe into the gun is harder for me to seal and make work for some reason. Never had one but am learning!
I like the rifles weight. Compared to spring guns. Quiet and no spring bounce. The 22 has got some power I didn't expect . Put a hole in the block wall. Multi shot magazine and single shot tray are a plus for fast follow-up shots also.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe pump needs better instruction manual and more detailed illustrations. Pyramid Air gave me a call and filled me in on oiling properly. I have been having a problem getting up to full pressure and will try to work on technique for filling.
The rifle is just a great easy to use rifle.
Things I Would Have ChangedI would add a regulator for the gas system.
What Others Should KnowGreat value for the price point.
The pairing of rifle and pump is a prefect value for starting to shoot out of the box. I paid for the scope to be zeroed-in and then a two shot adjustment I was in the red-zone
Things I Would Have ChangedGive us a few (Brands) selections for the proper Scope (Power) Rating so we would not under or over shot the rifles capabilities

Things I Would Have ChangedHand pump is single-stage, hard to finish. Magazines too expensive for 2 pieces of plastic with a spring & tiny magnet. Barrel should have a brace in front - it's a fragile setup.
What Others Should KnowThe front sight was hard to see with older eyes before I scoped it.
Like most reviews I think this rifle is great. I give it 20 stars if I could. Don't let the price fool you it's a keeper!

Things I Would Have ChangedMagazine loading is really stupid. Instructions are terrible.
Reviews are mixed at this point. When I first got this rifle, it was incredibly accurate but within a few days, the magazine jammed up and I had to remove the barrel to free it. Since removing and replacing the barrel, accuracy has gone to hell. I'll try it again with fingers crossed. While chambering a difficult round, something in the magazine cracked. No replacements are available right now so I'll have to single load for for the time being. Tigger is decent but with a lot of take-up - pull weight is at 2.5 lbs. Not bad.

What Others Should KnowAll in all, a great entry-level PCP gun but bugs remain to be worked out. One can hope!
Great shooter! At 10 yards I can cover 10 shots with a dime! That is using JSB Diabolo Match 14.35gr. Using Crossman Premier 14.7gr Hollow Point I can cover them with a quarter. I get about 28 to 30 shots with a fill unregulated. Shot on squirrel and it died fast!
