Rifle Slug Series, .22cal, Light, 18.21gr, Hollowpoint, 250ct

Nothing. My Sumatra spits these things out sideways even on low power. Not long enough to engage the rifings across a balance point. They also fall right through the magazine cylinder. If I order a 22 caliber pellets please send me one not a 21 point something.

They need a slight diabolo design at a minimum. A slight waist and expanded tail even slightly.

They might shoot out of an old multi pump pneumatic good. But given the weight would drop like crazy.

Nice shaped slugs, fairly accurate, nice groupings!

I really needed these. I thought! We know slugs are spin stabilized. Superior density etc. I have successfully used others in 4 springers. Test procedure: All guns sighted in to stack with best pellet.six leading shots ( with Riflec17gr)before group shoot.10 meters indoors . Guns. Beeman mach 12.5 ( all .22 of course) Beeman rs 2 grizzly,Hatsan Edge,Benjamin Prowler( gas piston) Shotgun patterns..except Rs2 1inch ctr.-centr.Avrg. 1.1 grams(1.0-1.2) wt. I have gram scale only.25 slugs. Nice finish larger hp than Hn ( which are great in these guns) and Knockouts(also usable). In short. I like the looks. Deep rear cup..big hollow point. Usability( for me) zero. I will use the rest shooting over pond to see the splash. I have reviewed previously : Excite terminator rabbit mags. Etc. This is my first disappointment (For MyObjectives. That is hunting accuracy..16 to 20 gr. Serves my guns well in most cases. .

All guns shoot up to 25.39 ( rabbit mags included) usable to about 35 meters. And 20 weights shapes etc. good to excellent.i have 3 guns unspeakably accurate w/ Ruger 1.1 gr. Walmart!(flyers not incl.)16.9 gr @. I say this because weight is not an issue...these are 17 to 31 ftlbs. Guns near pcp power (Mach12.5) I have a Hatsan 125 on loan..so not tested.22.

They are short for caliber. Which I (me) think is the problem in my guns since others in heavier weights Hn 27 and 20gr slugs have longer ogive
( slope like missle).. Rifle is a major Brazilian ammo manufacture( firearms and pellets with reliable products in South America(by necessity..not being funny). I will try the 20 gr. Next. A 30 ftlb. Springer has 15 - 17ftlbs at 50 yards....The muzzle velocity/energy of regular magnums at the muzzle. Meaning that you are holding the gun to the body point blank( sort of ..it's decelerating fast!). As usual..YOUR GUNS MAY HAVE DIFFERENT RESULTS!! I WILL try one more time ( 20 gr). If you can afford it, try every pellet/slugs to find a good fit for your guns. Including these. They arrived on schedule and undamaged. Thanks Pa!
